took over a week for my gold mario to get to me and still wont get here until tomorrow. i think that is the longest ive waited for a package from ups.

So my home store came through and I finally picked up a Gold Mario. The cashier said it was the last one that he had to dig out of the back. Now I don't have to deal with the other asshole location ever again.

Coon Rapids, MN is the asshole location. Fuck that place.
 
Made a Custom Doctor Mario amiibo. It's a proof of concept / prototype. I used remodel-able clay. I just wanted to see how it would look.

I plan on buying real clay for sculpting and making it look better. Either way, I think it came out good although a bit dirty and blotchy. I put some small details in.

Cutting off the hat was the hardest part. I plan on removing the fireball in the future and replacing with a pill. lol

I'm in Kentucky. I just happened to see them while I was there for something else. They hadn't had anything new since SSB Bowser. I almost didn't bother to look.

Wait a day. I've had UPS mark just mark something as delivered one day and actually deliver it the next. Not saying that that is for sure what happened with you, so you may not want to get your hopes up, just saying that it has happened to me a bunch of times over the years across multiple carriers. More times then an item has actually been lost by a lot.
 
I found 3 Fox amiibo at Best Buy in Florence, KY yesterday. I already have mine so I left them all there. The most interesting thing I found in my fruitless, 110 mile, 8 Walmart search for Gold Mario. (Forgot I stopped at the Eastgate store)

Call the store first. Preorders are only held for 48 hours and for in-store pickup preorders; unless the costumers call, are cancelled quickly since no money needs to be put down.

I did the same and got a phone call when mine came in. I'm not sure if that's the same thing all other stores will necessarily do. If I went solely by order tracking on GameStop's website, it's still marked as "Open" even though I picked it up two days ago.

At least they didn't give it away. Picking it up today after work, hooray.
 
Someone interested in Mario (Super Mario Collection) amiibo? Or Toad? Or any other amiibo of that series and willing to trade overseas with a gold mario one?

Not happening. Nintendo Australia/NZ confirmed a few weeks ago the release date for wave 4 on april 25th (as it should be, this guys are good) so it's natural preorders are starting to pop in there. NoA will continue storing all those precious Lucina and Ness amiibo on the Area 51 till the end of times.

Gamestop is doing buy 2 amiibo get 2 free this weekend. Just got an email from them about it.

Pretty sure it's in store only.
 
Best buy southhaven, ms still had some fox amiibos after I bought one.

I think that the fox at best buy restock is real. Since he isn't online, I recommend checking your local stores!
 
Just got back from a Walmart that had 20 gold Mario amiibo. PhoenixGAF, if you are near the walmart at Bell Rd and the I-17 your chances are good.

I actually tried 4 Walmarts using the store inventory tracker at Walmart and struck out each time until hitting the gold mine.

Sorry everybody I don't really have the money so I just bought the one I needed. Checking the inventory checker it says they are no longer in stock. Not sure if they already sold out or not but it did say they were in stock when I went there.

On an unrelated note, do you all remember that one guy that was selling over 100 gold mario amiibo on ebay? Stevensonfashion. He's buying out the auctions on ebay of gold marios lmao. Looks like whatever plan he had for getting these fell through completely.
