I could do this but poop...I already have the 5X reserved that way and it's coming tomorrow so that's going to be paid off instantly...now do I want to add another 700+ again when I really want 500? Dilemma ;___;

lol I hear you.

I'm going for the gusto on this one. Finally an almost no compromise nexus phone (unless you care about removable battery and sd card which I don't). I need that best option available!

Maybe someone here can help me out with this...

My phone is an LG G2 with Android 5.0.2

I have the Timely app installed because of some previous issues with the built in alarm.

Is there a way to keep my phone from vibrating (ie: put on do not disturb) for phone calls and notifications but not block out the sound for the alarm?

Had someone calling me all night waking me up but I couldn't do anything about it for fear of missing my alarm in the morning. I miss a standard "silent" option that would allow the alarm through from previous versions of Android :(

Any input greatly appreciated.

Set the phone to Priority Mode . You can block all sounds and then set whatever app to Priority Mode which allow sounds/notifications for that specific app.

By making it look like an iPhone, HTC have made themselves the iphone of the Android space. Huh!

Well that's a PR coup if anything.

What size (GB) phones are you guys all rockin' right now? And do you find it adequate???

Edit: Also, I currently have an iPhone but USED to have an Android over 2 years ago. I would like to continue to use my Google account, but I want to start fresh. When I go to the "My Apps" page in the Play Store website, it lists old apps I used to have from my old phone. I'd like this to be wiped clean so I can start anew. Any tips? When I go to the Device Manager, it knows I currently don't have an Android device, so I'm not sure why it's listing these...

Edit2: Okay, so actually when I do this on the Play Store: Click the top-right Gear icon > Settings, it lists my last two Android devices which I haven't had for years. How can I wipe these things from existence? : p I already have the checkbox unticked that says "Show in Menus". That's cool and all, but I'd like it to go away permanently and can't figure it out.

I like just picked up a 6S like a month back...yet here I am super intrigued by this phone.

I loved my Nexus 5.

I've had my 6S since launch and I already had the 5X preorder the minute it opened up and it's coming tomorrow lol. Don't feel bad lol

It's tough. Like I really want to because fuck it you know but knowing myself ...it's such a waste. My expensive taste hadn't left me broke yet but I do go overboard sometimes and this is one of those moments. I'll just wait until the 64GB is back in stock and roll with the 5X for now until I give it to my sister.

Which one are you waning? The 32 GB?

You guys are making me feel like I should have gotten the 64 GB :(

Is there anyone else in my boat?!

I'm ACTUALLY considering cancelling my 32GB aluminum that I can have in November
to a 64GB graphite that I'll have.......forever from now :/ (says I have to join a wait list)

32GB is my sweet spot. Got a 32GB 6P pending. I only pin my "thumbs up" playlist from Play Music and am a pretty big app hoarder and I've never had an issue. All my pictures are synced to Google Photos, so I can clear those if they ever start eating up too much space.

Guys, maybe you can help me. I'm fucking going nuts today with activating my Zenfone 2.

I got a Walmart T-mobile starter kit, got it activated, but where in the fucking fuck is the credit code on the packaging for my first month?

Please help me Obi Wan Kenobi.

I just had a small heart attack.

Got an email that said "Your Google Store order has shipped!" But, it was just the spare charger I ordered earlier today. :'(

Nexus 6 32GB. Not adequate for higher fidelity music and 4K video recording but for everything else it's enough. I had the 16GB Nexus 5 before and that was a horribly small amount of space.

They add the credit automatically, no code given. I've activated 3 lines for my family and it was a pain in the ass every single time since T-mobile's shitty site never works.

I have a 64gb Nexus 6 and realizing I will probably never come close to using all the space. Even with like 160 apps, 120 podcast episodes, a couple dozen small videos and various other things I still have 30+ gb left.

Anyone here using a Zenfone 2? I need a phone that'll last me until next year's nexus phones. Currently deciding between a HTC M8 or Zenfone 2.

Just transferred from a 3-year old iPhone 5 to OnePlus 2.
Mind = blown! :O

My only previous encounter with Android was with Samsungs and Sonys. I hated it. The amount of bloatware was appalling. :/

OP2's near-stock OS is amazing. Totally different (and much better), IMHO.

So far so good. Got the ropes so far.
Does Apple hold a patent to "click top to scroll" function? That's the only thing that I'm missing dearly so far...đ

edit: oh, forgot: how do I upload anything to OP2 via PC? AFAIK, Type-C support comes with Android M which OP2 doesn't have yet.
I want to upload couple of GBs of music.

I'm thinking pretty strongly about getting a new phone and need some advice. I get a 25% discount on all services/phones from all of the major carriers, so keep that in mind when thinking about prices. I've been looking at a note 5 (want more colors to choose from btw) and the 6p. Do you think getting a 6p with 64 gigs at $549 would be worth it compared to the $630 for the 64gig note 5? I'm having a hard time parsing out the pros and cons. They seem pretty competitive, butt he specs may not be worth the difference in price for the Note 5. Any thoughts are welcome, thank you!

32gb but I have a 32gb SD card installed as well, although I've not moved anything onto it yet as I'm waiting for marshmallow.

By the way, had a play with my father in law's X play. Lovely phone, hard to believe it has the same size screen as the iPhone 6+, it feels sooooo much smaller in hand. Apple need to sort their ridiculous oversized bezels.

The phone was very fast and snappy as well. The plastic back felt lovely. The curved glass on the edges felt nice, feels better in hand than my style.

I have a 64 gig OPT. More than enough.

You have to enable USB debugging in the developer settings. Go to the last option in the settings and tap a lot of times in the compilation number.

16gb is fine by me, my phone is mainly used for streaming porn and browsing. I get 8gb a month for myself on Verizon for 40 bucks so I never have a problem with streaming my music.

Ask HTC PR. They're not exactly shying away from iPhone lookalike comments. The thing especially in person really reminds of iPhone.

well, it looks like an evolution of m7 to me. And looks like an iphone because the iphone looks like an m7
Obviously since iphones are popular people may think it otherways though.. and htc pr do not help...

As for memory, 32 is not enough if you have music for offline use and take pictures and record video (not to mention 4k) . Unless you upload and free space very often.

You guys are making me feel a bit better about the 32GB phone. Too bad it'll only be about 25, though.

I'm actually in the process of switching to Google Photos. I pay for Drive storage so uploading the entire photo without down-rea is what I'm doing and preferable. Is there a way to keep the full resolution when you use auto sync and such? Just want to make sure.

Yeah, it'll ask you if you want high quality (compressed) or original photos.
