Please, I can make a bomb for way less than $400.
Pixel XL? Uhh, OK. Nexus [screen size] was a way better name and convention.
When Allo launches, are we going to form a GAF Allo group? That way when none of our friends use it at least we have wach other.
Not a good sign
Pixel hardware is never cheap. These phones gonna be expensive.
Makes sense to be consistent, but pixel isn't a great name. Hopefully the phones dont come with a pixel price.
shouldn't the small one be called the Pixel L?
When will we get the Pixel S and Pixel M?
Noice, makes sense. I wonder if they'll not rely on an OEM next year. I'd like to see them design their own processors too.
Probably not since the rumors earlier this year suggested that Google signed a 3 year manufacturing deal with HTC.Noice, makes sense. I wonder if they'll not rely on an OEM next year. I'd like to see them design their own processors too.
PwntThey gonna post that shit tonight or in the morning. Kinda late to drop bams.
I wonder how Pixel C fit into that naming scheme.
Using the Pixel name pretty much confirms they're expensive.
I'm guessing a starting price of 499 for Pixel and 599 for Pixel XL.
I like the name Pixel but the XL is dumb. Google has no fucking class. What is it, a Burger King Whopper combo option?
Bring on the premium Nexus phones. Probably pick up one of those if it's as good as the Axon 7. Damn shame that their audio DACs won't be nearly as good though.
As long as they allow custom ROMs and encourage modding ala Nexus, I'm in. And please have a 128GB model.
nothing about the new nexus/pixel from the leaks scream premium though.
They are made of metal and a small piece of glass.
They are most likely going to use the newest and most expensive chipset.
10-4 Google event
Wonder how many phones are DayDream compatible?
$60 phones are made of metal and shit these days.
I guess something about the huge empty bezels are screaming 'budget' as in we can't bother R&Ding a solution to make those useful (front speakers, capacitive buttons etc), or getting rid of it.
