I highly doubt it will stick but pixel 2 slated for mid-late august btw. I guess they may want to get ahead of the iphone so it's possible but I just don't see it.
For everything else use google drive or just the built in back up.
Bros....my Gear S3 lasts 3 days with always on display on and almost a week with it off. Legit!
Oh wow, thanks for this recommendation. Looks like Press but modern. Downloaded, installed, and bought the ad removal option. Done.Switch your RSS to Newsfold
I wonder how much he gets paid for it. Or whether Dbrand made a deal with him when he wasn't as big a star, requiring him to mention them in every review.Plus he doesn't shill for Dbrand every 30 seconds. That's definitely a plus.
Pyro is usually on the money so I believe him. Also, be assured Google is still flying by the seat of their pants on Pixel 2.Says who?
a coworker of mine got a Gear S3 yesterday and honestly, it's embarrassing how much more fluid their Tizen Watch OS is compared to Android Wear.
i mean, i should have expected that based on how fluid the Gear Fit2 is but still, seeing it in person... wow!
Is Android Wear even a thing anymore? Where are the successors to the Huawei Watch and Moto 360? What were the high profile Android Wear watches this year and where is the 2.0 update? It all seems kinda dead.
Asus Zenwatch 3!
new beta out today!
me lol. I personally don't think it will stick but it is definitely the target at the moment.Says who?
I had to roll back to Google Keyboard. The Gboard update turned my phone into an even more laggy piece of trash. I'll wait until I get the update proper through Google Play.Gboard is soooo good. I think I have finally found a replacement for swiftkey.
Also, Nova Launcher keeps on delivering great updates. Best purchase on Android.
Got 4hr 35m and 57s on my first Mate 9 battery discharge. not bad considering I'm in a gov't building all day
My Gear VR has just arrived and I'm blown away, my first VR experience. I can only imagine what a Playstation VR or Vive look like. Anyway, any recommendations?
I tried that rollercoaster thing and I'm kind of dizzy right now hahaha

Google selling the base Pixel phones with 32 GB of storage is a fucking joke. Hell the Android OS already takes up 5 GB of space.
It would be awesome if 64 is the base for such a high price but 32 is personally enough for me. Also the cloud storage options are on point compared to shitty 5gb I get on my iCloud.Google selling the base Pixel phones with 32 GB of storage is a fucking joke. I know it's easy to make jokes, but seeing a well done 360 porn video has definitely made me excited for the future. We just need 4k or 8k to get rid of that screen door effect. Even the high end VR headsets still have that.
Too bad we don't have YouTube afaik, and since it is not compatible with play store there aren't many apps and most seem quite expensive. My Gear VR has just arrived and I'm blown away, my first VR experience. I can only imagine what a Playstation VR or Vive look like. Anyway, any recommendations?

Not a fan of the ZenWatch 3 design. The lugs kinda ruin it. Also, no heart rate monitor is a big bust for me.
And no one cares about betas. It should be on 3.0 by now. They definitely have been slacking this year. I wonder when they're going to ditch the platform for something new.
I feel like I'd be completely fine with 32GB's on a phone. I got the 128GB option for my iPhone 7 and I have 77.91GB/121.94GB's and that is with me having downloaded 21 games including big games like KOTOR and Hearthstone even though I play mobile games once in a blue moon. I also back my pictures up to Google Photos every day I take them so it isn't a huge issue either.
I didn't quote. ;_;
already moved to OneNote months ago when they handicapped their service.

oooo this looks like another nice windows tablet: http://www.gsmarena.com/97inch_xiao...s_ahead_of_december_30_release-news-22180.php
sucks for you guys
which company does decent ones?
Feel like the demos I've tried got the scaling all weird and I see a giant with fake tits the size of the moon.
Sorta want to go buy that new Chromecast today for my birthday, but I'm not sure I can justify it.
The only reason for the purchase would be access to Play Movies in 4K as my built in TV apps already do everything else in 4K.

How many 4K movies are there in play movies? I was looking the other day and their selection seemed pretty mediocre.
By the time they have enough movies to justify it your tV will probably support the 4K version of the app.
This Samsung browser update though...
This is nice...
Edit: it seems that no tech sites had picked this up. Did I actually receive an earlier update for once?
Anyways this update confirms that I'll never go back to chrome.
Which update? I'm interested, very interested.
Check the Galaxy store app. The Google Play store seems to be on version 4 still, but this one they are calling version 5, so it was supposed to be a big update.
It basically has more extensions support now other than adblock. It's more secure. It's now running on chromium 51, so it's faster and it also looks more aesthetically pleasing.
I also noticed that it has that automatic scroll back top up to the beginning of the page feature that it's on the opera browser.
