[Escape Goat]

my boyfriend got it for me the other week and I've been listening to it almost every chance I get. It has alot of the memorable scores on it (Hero from Episode 1 from Angel's fight n the alley to Darla's sacrifice and Holtz approach). Lots of great scores here. We also have some songs from Andy hallet (Lady Marmelade and Its Not easy Being Green) and Christian Kane's LA Song.

Unlike Buffy, its more cinematic and less pop and more orchestral. Very nice CD! Go buy it.

Don't forget "Come the Apocalypse" (First beat down by the Beast) and the original theme song which is slightly different with some vocals are in it. I was suprised by the quality of the music, I usually only noticed in the fights but alot of the subtle scores are very nice. Not focusing on the visuals obviously.

Catharis of Sufferance (theme song) is such a great intro song.

I'm trying to think of other songs I'm hoping will be on there, but honestly, all the Angel music was very background. So it's hard to think of some good one's until I hear it.

It's great. I love the new version of the theme and "Hero".

I really wish they'd put out a CD of the Buffy score. The final battle music from Chosen is on the Radio Sunnydale CD and tracks from Restless and The Gift are at the end of the Once More With Feeling soundtrack but I want more than that, without the lame pop music from bands that played at the Brone.

I really want a new show or movie, like right now.

What do you have left that isn't comedy? Lost? 24? None of those are like Angel/Buffy.

I don't even watch anything else. I still watch the DVDs over and over. I'm too obsessed.

I like Firefly and Serenity will be great but it just isn't the same. At this point I'm so hungry for more Buffyverse I'd take about anything. I'd even go for a Kennedy or Clem spin-off. I just want SOMETHING. Sooner or later the older episodes will get old.
