I bought one for my PC and PS2. I never messed with the PS2 one, but the PC one was pretty close except the pad was a little looser than the original pad. From what I've heard, the PC and PS2 are exactly the same.

Maybe it was just a defected unit, but my PC pad turned out to unusable. Major issues in the d-pad. I had to press harder than I wanted to to effect input. 3000 yen wasted.
