Press release:

‘MARCHROMT30a Edit 2b 96’ first appeared as the Japanese bonus track for recent album ‘Syro’ becoming an instant favourite of those that heard it. The song now comes to vinyl for a global audience, backed with a new version of ‘Syro’ track ‘XMAS_EVET10 [120] (thanaton3 mix)’ and an alternate take of ‘MARCHROMT’. It will be out on white label 12" with hand stamp on 6 April (7 in N America) 2015.

Previously, MARCHROMT30A was only available on Japanese releases of SYRO - now it's getting worldwide distribution. On top of that, it contains an alternate version of both itself and one of the best tracks from SYRO, XMAS_EVET. The preorder from Bleep is now available in both digital and vinyl formats.

MARCHROMT30A is my favorite track from SYRO, and one of my all-time favorite Richard James songs, so yes, I'm a little excited.

I get that but I noticed his last album doesn't have one song name I can really recall.

Some of the track names are related to the equipment he uses to create his music. For example, SYRO's minipops 67's name is based off of the Korg Mini Pops.

for a while/some of his tracks were in cornish, which is an old language that has common roots in gaelic (irish, scottish etc) welsh and english. cornwall is a county in england that has delusions of grandeur.

It's out! Digitals are up, and lots of folks have already received their vinyls.

I'm glad MARCHROMT is reaching a wider audience. The new versions of XMAS and MARCHROMT are pretty good, too.
