As the Atelier franchise goes global, the dev team is torn about how to reconcile Western and Japanese players’ vastly differing demands

They used to have English audio...they stopped doing it after Atelier Firis. Claiming that they could be localized quicker if they didn't need to do English voices. I always thought the English voices they had in previous games were fine, so it was disappointing that they only had Japanese in the games now.
They stopped it after they were bought by KT, and KT is doing the localization. When it was NISA, they always included dual voice. I think KT just cheap out because it's not big seller.

It really sucks out when they cheap out for that crap for some games. Like there are some musou games that they don't put english voices in that I've played, and it's like...those games have a tendency to have characters talk during gameplay. I can't fucking read the dialogue while I'm trying to play the game dammit.
