I wonder what the sales will be. Bad word of mouth absolutely slaughtered it's box office sales after the second week.

Decided to wait it out for this one after hearing so many complaints about cut content and weird editing.

Gonna Redbox the fuck out of it.

There's no fucking way any extended scene can fix the like of Martha moment.

May be there are extra scenes including villains getting out of a bullet ridden trucks unscratched.
/hohoho.

I can't understand why some people think that additional scenes to a bloated movie are going to solve the film's problems.

The Watchmen Director's Cut was an improvement on an already rad movie so I have faith

All of Snyders Movies were improved with a longer cut. Yes, even Sucker Punch. Doesn't mean it's good but definitely better.

I can't understand why some people think that additional scenes to a bloated movie are going to solve the film's problems.
Because the Theatrical Cut was badly edited. Even if it felt too bloated many times there were several parts were it felt too rushed and many things didn't get explained properly because they were cut to make the movie shorter.

I don't expect it to fix some of the problems I had with the movie, but the trailer does give the impression that it'll improve the movie as opposed to just lenghtening what I felt was already a slog to get through.

May watch it some time in the future, but BvS isnt a movie I want to revisit anytime soon.

hope this fixes some of the editing issues. By the looks of the trailer there seems to be more context for what's happening.

I'd like to see a version that was either:

Batman vs. Superman
A proper sequel to Man of Steel
The Trinity/Justice League part 0

Not all three at the same time. But that seems impossible.

Why wouldn't they show the scene of Batman breaking into LexCorp on the security cameras.

Like, just take the extra 5 minute hit.

I'm going to be elated and annoyed if this is a much better version of the film.

Fix what? The scene was brilliantly done.

Am I the only person who gives two shits about a blu Ray commentary. I wanted a Snyder/Terrio/Goyer commentary/ Cast commentary.

It will be. Directors Cuts are always better because it's their vision and not fucked up bu the studio or whatever.

Still have not seen the movie. Maybe seeing the director's cut will be enough. That trailer looked really really good.

Wishful thinking. Also usually people use it to deflect the blame off the director if they're trying to defend them. It's easy to blame the faceless folks at the studio. I mean, you had people saying that Warner Bros cut it up because the film was too smart for viewers. Batman vs Superman. Too smart.
