You guys think it looks goofy as fuck too right?

Why does Doomsday look like the Thing but gray?

Wtf Snyder what happened after the first two excellent trailers :/

The first two screamed Snyder... this one screams marketing firm.

Well we already know Wonder Woman will be in more than one scene...

Lex was really weird. Not sure why everyone is so negative otherwise.

Calling it now, it's either a front he hams up in public, especially if he's going to be a like a politician... but that's not how he's going to be when he's behind doors or after he loses his hair. His tone/delivery is completely different when he says that devil line (which is cut together, I don't think he actually says those two lines back to back, it's just cut that way)

I think the only thing I don't like about the trailer is Doomsday. He just looks funny. Hopefully he evolves during the movie.

TBH, Doomsday gave me Green Lantern vibes. No, this movie probably won't be as bad as GL but that was my initial gut reaction to him.

They cracked a joke and it was a little campy. Sounds like a marvel film.

Now everyone hates it.

There's a big difference between an excess of wit and camp. The only thing about this trailer that felt campy was Lex, but that might end up being a good thing.

My 8 year old Son's comments on it.

"That's Luthor? He is weird and sounds like the Joker.

And why does Batman have a shotgun?"

Other than that he liked the trailer.

It was weirdly paced but a decent trailer overall.

I think this movie is going to be a HUGE disappointment.

Everything felt so off in that trailer...

they probably dont want to spend time doing more trailers since the other one was good enough it does seem like it was rushed and the good thing about it was Wonder Woman had a great shot. Otherwise i saw all i needed to see with the comic con trailer.

Oh, I know that much. I still think she's a weird choice of character to introduce in this film, given that the main plot has seemingly nothing to do with magic or mythology, whereas Cyborg or Flash could be tied to Kryptonian technology without changing their origins too radically. But that's been argued to death already, so I guess I'll just have to wait and hope for the best.

Anyone find it odd that Superman is there when Lex is delivering his "Then the devil will do it" line?

Nah, makes total sense.

Superman: "Hey, Lex, me and Batman realized you were playing us off of each-other. I'm here to arrest you"

Lex: "Well, if man can't do it, THEN DAR DEVIL WHEEL DO HEEEEEET"

Cavill: "( ͡°╭͜ʖ╮͡° )"

no, but it wasn't completely hated or thought of as the worst superhero ever made. nor was skyfall a stain on the bond franchise or furious 7 a brilliant movie. yet all three of these things i've heard on gaf before.

point proven.

Sorry for the hyperbole, but I do think it's a solid 5-6. Maybe not "by far the worst", but I don't think I've met a person who thought it was good in any other way than as a mindless summer action film (which isn't inherently bad, lots of people are absolutely fine with that, and I can't say I don't enjoy those kinds of movies), whereas the other 3 were, while having a few cringy moments, were for the most part solid movies.

And people thought Skyfall was a stain on the bond franchise? I didn't think it was great, but there are definitely worse Bond movies. And the Fast franchise has never really tried to be anything more than it is (high adrenaline, fast car action), how they embrace that is actually what makes it better than other action franchises.

First time that I have watched a trailer and actually said "Bruh, that looks tight."

I don't even like any superheroes.

I know in a 28 page thread its all been said already, but I really dislike the editing in this trailer. The pacing, the story summary content, and the micro edits attempting to sync with music very ineffectually.

Prior trailer was much much better.

This is what you get when you pull a trailer together last minute so that people don't forget about you after Civil War's.

I think it's pretty apparent Lex is forcing Superman to do his will. Remember the last trailer had Supes bowing to him, looking very pissed off about it. Probably has Lois hostage or something.

Nobody cares about Clark Kent taking out the Captain of America.

The trailer wasn't thrown out because of the Civil War trailer, you silly you

If man won't kill god... the devil will do it.

Those I'm fairly certain are two different lines combined to give us one in the trailer. Both are given in different tones even though they are said one after another?

doesn't this disprove the reddit rumor?

in that,
doomsday just shows up to attack the trinity in metropolis, whereas this looks like supes and lex are in the same room as where doomsday is being created

actually, the ww reveal actually also disproves it--
in the reddit rumor says that ww first meets them in the batcave, whereas the trailer shows that its while they're fighting doomsday.

I actually hated this trailer. It jsut looks so loud and dour, and between Batman apparently cracking down so hard on crime Superman is concerned, and Superman chaining up Batman, threatening him, and generally acting like a creepy bad guy, I'm not really empathizing with anyone in this trailer,

...where are the heroes in this superhero movie?

Even with Civil War, the heroes turning against each other is positioned as Captain helping his friend.

And I dunno, this is a movie with Batman vs. Superman. AND Lex Luthor. AND Wonder Woman. and apparently Aquaman. And probably other things I'm forgetting. And also, now we have Doomsday. I really don't know how this script doesn't end up a muddled mess,
