I just want her to shut me up and prove she can do WW justice thats all.

I haev only watched her on the FF film and didnt appeared to be someone with authority at all to me but thats the beauty of acting, maybe on the casting she did some badass and strong acting and thats why she got the part.

I cant wait to see my boy Supes on some new scenes!!

Me too. Desperate for some footage. I've never even seen the F&F films so I have no point of reference. I did like her in Knight and Day though

It really looks like shes been in nothing else.

Sorry for the double p

Gal did some stuff in Israel and here in the US her acting credits are super light and the FF movies are not exactly Shakespeare to begin with. I can't imagine the director was pushing for amazing performances.

I've always found comment like that kind of ridiculous. There's a difference between grounded and realistic

How actually is the tone similar? Nolan's trilogy and Man of Steel aren't alike in the slightest. One's a realistic subdued character-driven vigilante crime thriller essentially, the others focused on over-the-top sci-fi action.

It's like saying The Road (bleak and gritty) and The Book of Eli (blind Denzel kicks ass) have similar tones because they're both post-apocalyptic wasteland movies and similar looking settings.

MoS focuses on over the top action as its main thing? I disagree completely. Until the start of the destruction porn, the movie is very subdued and doesn't have much for action to that point, minus the Faora scene. So it doesn't seem like an action movie at all, at least to me. It had issues deciding if it wanted to really explore Superman or be a Snyder style action film, and it continually flip flopped on that.

I dunno. Movie just didn't click with me. I honestly liked Returns better.

Watched this kindafunny video about all the super hero movies coming up and which on will flop. I don't fucking know, why Colin thinks, that Batman v Superman will be a fucking bad movie.

A lot of people say that. I don't know why. Can anybody explain ?

Edit: forgot the link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFMdDcjUqBY

I want people to think its gonna be a bad movie. Then even if its a pretty ok movie, people will be surprised and even more will go to see it.

Agreed, its a very cerebral and introspective film. Whether you think it succeeded at that is a different point. The action scenes barely ratchet up until the final quater of the film. The film needed way tighter editing, and maybe a couple more cheery moments. When I saw it I thought it was a decent average 6-7 out of 10 film, with speckles of genius and a great score. The "world" machine looked amazing and that bit when he destroys it was a god-tier moment. My mam really loved it when we went to see it aswell, surprisingly.

bat gadgets

I'm guessing grapple gun on the right? Looks like:

And that's clearly Shark-Repellent bat spray top left.

Guess wouldn't make sense, but odd that the Batarangs are slightly different shape than his emblem.

Usually try to pair them up

Looks like larger versions of Bale's

Same happened with Batman Begins. Chest emblem was different from the batarangs. Also, I guess that Batarang leak months back was legit.

Like the look of his toys.

Anyway, was the female robin thing legit? It seems like we haven't heard anything about that, either from leaks or from rumored scripts. It doesn't seem like he'd have a new robin considering he's just coming out of retirement.

Am I tripping?

Where does all this out of retirement talk keep coming from?

As far as I know, he's been at it for a while, but never retired.

Links please.

Most rumors about the script say he's retired or semi-retired. It's not a far stretch considering Alfred's speech in the teaser. I suppose we'll know more on Saturday.

One thing of note is (genuine spoilers)
wayne manor is a ruin. Reminds me greatly of Kingdom Come. Are they going for Bruce is crazy and just living out of the cave type angle?

some earlier rumors say that he has drones like KC, that's the semi-retired part. Where did you hear that though, from IMDB/Reddit leak or is there a picture somewhere?

Neither of those links say anything at all about retirement.

I'm pretty on top of the rumors and I've yet to come across any that say retirement.

I think people are just being misinformed, or remembering things incorrectly.

the model they use for the costume display is the perfect batman. i hope in the sequels they lean out the suit more to look like that. he looks a lot puffier in the trailer picture and the EW photo.
