Also, general question, but do people read plot leaks? Don't they spoil the entire movie? I'd understand wanting impressions, but that suprises me. Usually people tend to be afraid of the spoilers.

For me it depends on the movie, really. For BvS or something like AoU (or TFA) I'm ok with reading leaks (fake or not). I guess I feel it's one thing to read about that stuff and another entirely to "experience" it in a movie theater/big screen, so unless it's a HUGE twist/surprise, not a lot can take away from the latter.

Conversely I don't know shit about Marvel so I tend to keep a minimal presence or none at all in the MCU threads.

Maybe for the solo movies, but these team movies, I already have them pegged. I'm more about the journey than the destination. The trailers really haven't shown that much so far, at least in terms of being able to put together a cohesive story. Sure we got some peeks of things that happen and we can safely assume the doomsday fight is after the bvs fight, but beyond that we don't really know that much.

SA: Did you get a peek at the script for the film or were you given a description of the storyline?

CG: I was able to read a version of the script that had a number of sections redacted, especially towards the end, but I signed an NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement] so I can't really talk about it.

SA: How much freedom did you have to develop the series? Was there anything you wanted to do that got rejected?

CG: I submitted two or three ideas for each character, but I can't say what they were, both due to the NDA and the fact that I often find places to use rejected ideas down the road!

I am an inveterate spoiler hound. Soon as I start enjoying something, first thing I do is hop on TvTropes and get the lowdown. One exception is choice-heavy games (or ones that provide the illusion of choice, like TellTale stuff). That's just stressful as I try to "optimize" my decision making.

But everything else, I'm consuming spoilers like the they're liquid ambrosia.

It's usually up a few hours after it airs. CBS streaming is garbage with like 500 ad breaks so I refuse to watch it there. GAH!

Like the review said; from Supes POV, he sees Batman getting civilians out of the way, Aquaman? protecting them while attacking Doomsday. WW doing everything she can to knock him out. Doomsday seems just too strong and knocks them back to the ground. Superman slowly gets up after he was knocked down, while we hear the Jor-El speech. Enter the Superman theme in full blast, Superman punching Doomsday multiple times, picking him up and flying towards the sun. Groupshot of Bats, WW and maybe Aquaman looking up at him, impressed yet concerned. Same goes for the people of Metropolis. Their savior. Me crying like a little bitch.

All the marketing since Trailer 2 has been looked upon rather favorably. The TV spots do well. The Turkish Airline spots have done really well. The only mistep has been Trailer 2 (in that it was divisive), some loved it, some didn't love it. And not even because it was bad but maybe "spoiled too much". Even the opinion of Eisenberg has started to turn.

I just don't think Affleck and Terrio would make a bad movie. Their current carreers depend on lauded films, they wouldn't risk it, specially Affleck as he was clearly behind the blockbuster phase.

If I were going to give Faraci some credit it would be thinking that maybe the film is noy the typical superhero blockbuster, which has WB unsure of the reception. That would be absolutely awesome. As I've said many times, I'd rather have a flawed film that tried to go beyond the cheap than a multibillion "turn off yout brain" popcorn film.

I think it´s the fact they´ve updated it today. So people assume they put up the video but it´s set to private so no one can see it. Could be wrong though.
