After you get it to +3 then you have to use twin shards, so as the game goes on you continue to rack up tons of normal shards (I had 50 at one point), so you can't keep upgrading the weapon with the same shards but YES, you can level up multiple weapons.

I found charge attacks to work well.

Charge at him so he will fall.

I tried, but he moves so fast and keeps shooting all the time, I always get hit and get poised, or miss the attack...

Run past all the enemies, climb the latter, once at top dont even move forward just start mashing L2, he falls off tower and dies, quit game, re-enter game so you can loot him at the top of the tower. GG

boss fight is what I'd call too long for how fast you can die. If it was a slow death it'd be ok...

Good fight though, even with possible near instant death.

Haha I got it on the next try! Amazing fight. Great balance of the need to keep them under pressure while avoiding the same in return. I got it done in 5 tries but I'm still shaking as if it had been a dozen.

Same thing with me. Took me 3 tries but I did it.

Parry is great. I used some fire paper on my weapon and made sure I had the antidote equipped. Easily doable as long as you can create a little distance to heal and use the antidote if need be.

Just killed Cleric Beast in my 2nd try. I have to admit, I used at about 5 molotovs and 7 or 8 blood vials, but it wasnt that hard. The key is to keep distance until you find the safe spot!

maybe restart, something sounds wrong. Its never taken me more than 10-15 minutes to find someone with no password and worldside setting. And it only takes me about 2-3 minutes to get summoned.

On a serious note, I didnt even parry him, make sure that the circle button (dodge) is your best friend. Get in a couple hits, move away, only attack after hes done with his animation. You can parry him, especially when he lunges at you.

The bosses should mostly be a piece of cake for you at that point, as well, which is a nice change of pace. (I did it at level 18 or 20 with a Threaded Cane +5, I think.)

I still can't believe how much into this game I am. I've played a bit of demon's soul, but it has never been this insane. Love the art style. Love the speed. Love the feeling of defeating giant assholes. Amazing game, amd I came from 0% hype. Bought it only after reading the reviews.

Here is the easiest/fastest way.

Parry/stun him for most if not all of your damage before he turns into his final form. When I beat him I rarely did anything else, besides throw a few Molotovs. When he turns into his final form. MAKE SURE TO LOCK ON. If you have him unlocked it makes it a lot tougher. Also make sure to only use the music box when he is in the final form. And then you should be able to chuck a few Molotovs to down him.

Vitality and End are musts, always level them, and then pick a primary attack stat. STR being great for STR weapons, Skill for skill weapons, bloodtinge is for guns and arcane is for magic weapons which doesnt seem to be that popular. So basically for whatever weapon you like, look at its stats, there will be a letter next to its attributes, the higher the letter means it scales better for that weapon so level that skill.

A is best, B slightly worse, C, slightly worse, you get the point.
