Looking through the images in the OP I noticed some were JPEGs! Thus, we can use fotofrorensics.com!
If you compare the edge of the both of their shirts you can tell he was photoshopped in the image. The uniform rainbowing around the two subjects is indicative of a photo that has been manipulated, one compiled from multiple sources. This is most apparent on the top of his shoulders.

Kid would have to somehow take pics of himself in which the lighting is incredibly similar. You can't just shop stuff in and make it work. That's what always gets me about composition shop talk.

People who claim everything is shopped have never tried to shop a very convincing comp. You have to take shots of the objects in very similar or exact same lighting conditions.

Seeing that picture bigger, I actually now have a question. What is that pale patch above the girls elbow on the side closest to the dude? It looks like skin but the color doesn't match the girl or the guy. I, uh, am now starting to think at least that photo is shopped. Hell, if it was shopped, there were probably two girls in that picture and that is leftover from the other girl being removed.
Edit: Actually, maybe splotch on the mirror? It just lined up so perfectly with her arm that it seems off.
