Bomba, PS+ 1 year cards @ Target.

Man... i went to the target in Novato(Bay Area) and when i went to the cashier it was priced at $39.99 -_-. I told the cashier that there was an ad about it being priced at $14.99 and even showed Wario's receipt picture(yes, the word BOMBA was there lol) to strengthen my case but to no avail. Ah well, better luck next time.
 
full game trials are (obviously) gigantic. I feel bad downloading any of them since I've already downloaded like 40 gigs from the steam deals.

the new ratchet game is 14 gigs! fuck!?

I'm not downloading any of those trials since they act like the real game and thus put trophy information onto your profile.


Also, I plan to activate my PS+ during the last week the Crash games are available. Is there a place I can see the schedule? Someone told me the stuff goes away when it's on the "Last Chance" page on PSN but the Crash games arent in there yet. So for sure they won't be gone this week?
 
Best friend and I just went to a Target in Las Vegas. We found the ad easily and they had plenty of cards left. I grabbed one and my best friend grabbed 2. Took them up to the cashier and he was fine with it. However, when he asked his manager to override the price, the manager was not happy at all. He went to check if there was a memo about this and took like 15 mins. Eventually he came back and let us each have one at the 15 dollar price and said that there was a memo in their system but no one had printed it out so customers could see it. He printed it out and was putting it up as we were leaving so I guess we ruined it for other gamers in that area. We did each get one, though!
 
heh i'll try tomorrow with a price match at sears since they usually price match stuff without calling to check.


i want it for crash 1,2,3 CTR too haha B^)

I was downloading hydrophobia to try because it was small. I don't want that on my record.
 
no go at my local target in socal.....there were 1 year PSN+ cards, but the price tag on them has been corrected to $39.99 and the $14 cards are only 3 months now...

:( thought about going to the front manager and asking for price adjustment, but they will probably just say it was a "typo" price error

o well....so if any of you cheery lads can sell me a PSN+ for $22, much obliged!

None of them are correctly priced on the self, you have to get a price adjustment via showing them the ad (and probably talking to a manager if they question it).

You did it wrong. You're suppose to bring the card to the register and then point out the price in the ad. The cards were never priced at $14 to begin with.

its pretty funny that you can still get this, if it was best buy they would have sent a memo and denied sales and posted ad fixes online and in store,

thats why i love target, plus their clearance games are awesome
 
Tried this twice.

Last night I tried price matching at Walmart. They were willing, but their system wouldn't activate the code with the low price. Said it didn't match the card value or something.

Then tried today at Target. Manager came over and apologized and said she had a memo saying it was a misprint.

Oh well.

I should've grabbed more but I thought they'd balk at anything over 10. It was so easy too.

I'll try to get more tomorrow, I might be able to avoid the managers and trick a customer service girl into honoring the price. If I do this, I will try to buy at least 20 for GAF'ers.

You're lucky. I picked up 4, but they only sold me 1. They said it's a pricing mistake, but I can still get it for $39.99. I tell him, I'll buy it at $14.39. He's like sorry sir. I wanted to just argue and get him to sell me the other 3. At least I got one.
For anyone waiting until tomorrow to pick this up. There is already a disclaimer stating its a pricing error. It's either today or nothing.
 
If people on here aren't reasonable, people are selling them cheap on Ebay as well since so many people have them. I think the lowest I saw was like 26 bucks each but I'm sure people who are clearing them out will go lower. Still a good deal either way.

That's basically what they did to my best friend. He wanted to get 2, but they told him that the only reason why they were letting us purchase even 1 each is because they hadn't printed out and posted the notice that said that it was a pricing mistake yet.

Unfortunately I was seconds away from sliding and finalizing my transaction until one of the managers double checked a notification board that I had no idea existed :(

Just redeemed my subscription and I'm downloading fine. Seeing that gold + near my name is weird. lol
 
Is there still no way to select 'download all' for my shopping cart list?
It is really tedious having to click on each item individually. :/

I saw a download all option when I added stuff to cart and checked out, but that's after I clicked download individually on everything :/
