My parents are sending me stuff I had in storage, and this all came in a box. I legitimately have no recollection of owning half of these. A cursory look at the CDs show that the discs themselves are all in pretty good shape EXCEPT Kishin, Moldiver, and Hitman 2. The cases and whatnot are almost all in okay shape, just beat up from being in storage and just old honestly. I'm pretty confident that all of the discs should play fine excluding possible those 3, and you can probably at the least get those 3 ripped if nothing else. I have no inclination to actually listen through all of these, so I am doing this bundle strictly as-is. That said, if you are absolutely dying to know the specifics of something in there let me know and I'll see if I can't accommodate.

He opened a case and claimed the item was 'damaged' and I fwd'ed his messages to ebay.

eBay's resolution? They refunded him the full value of the item under 'Buyer Protection'.

No loss to me, but it's terrible how people try to game the system.

I've had the opposite. A seller sends me a crappy not-as-described item, and if I want my money back, I have to return it on my own dime. Not worth spending $7 to return a $10 game. It's times like those that I am thankful the cheap bastard used first class mail so I can file an undelivered claim and get all my money back. I rarely have to resort to this, but when I do, it is totally warranted.

I don't know what $10 game costs $7 to return. Moreso, First Class shipping charges for games on eBay is capped @ $4.00

'Rarely' also implies that you've done it more than once. You're gaming the system, lying about delivery, and scamming like any other scammer on eBay.

Yeah I never understood why buyers have to pay for shipping things back when it's the fault of the seller the item wasn't as described.

because most sellers cover their asses in the auutions with sentences like " I ship as is and there are no refunds or anything". you agree with the fact that if you are not satisfied with the product, it will be at your own expenses.

At the end is mostly the seller being an asshole with misleading descriptions, I know :-/

I am in Canada. Shipping a single game to the USA with tracking will cost me between $7-9. Also, the $4 limit does not apply. I sure wish it did, then I wouldn't have people trying to charge me $12 to ship a SNES cart-only game.

WTT: Nook Color + DSi Blue + Case + Acekard 2i for ipad or touchpad

Nook Color has a tiny scratch on the bezel just below the power button. Other than that, no scratches on the screen or back. I lost the USB cable but I'll put in a replacement, has the box and all manuals. Its currently running Cyanogen Mod 7.1 and OC'd to 1ghz. Can restore it back to stock.

The DSi is sitting here collecting dust. I sold off and gave away most of my DS games a couple of months ago but still have the unit. It has 1 stuck pixel that I never noticed until I actually went looking for it. It includes a aluminum clam shell case that hugs the body. I also have a Acekard 2i that's been updated to work with DSi / 3DS. Comes with box manuals, charger etc.

Cases are in good shape, one has sticker residue and one has one of the prongs on the case broken. Full disclosure and all that, but I think you'll be happy with the quality.

LOWERED PRICES . Item ships from NY, should anyone be worried about overseas. I can throw in an import disk for 10$ as well, worked fine for the game. A bit scratched I think, but it worked the last time I tried it. I don't have a dreamcast at this point so.
