He did list a price, he took it down after I agreed that I would buy it. I had pm'd about 4 times and on the last pm I was checking to make sure what the price was for the game because it wasnt on the listing anymore and I was ready to send the payment. I gave him my shipping address and all that jazz as well

Yeah just forget it. I understand why he did it, he needs the money it just sucks. I was going to get a rare game for a amazing deal, the other guy came in offered more (still not as much as the game is worth). Yeah I could have said "hey thats a rare game I'll give you alittle more" but I didnt. I dont want to cause problems for the seller, im just more pissed at the other dude that fucked me over.

It was not a bidding was! It was not best offer...it was FOR SALE!!. I didnt even know that I could bid..shit thats like buying something from ebay using the "buy now" and then getting a email for the seller saying "sorry I know you bought the item I had offer for this price, but i cant sell it to you because yeah somebody that missed out on their chance to get it offered more so yeah to bad"
