Just a heads-up (or a chance for me to learn something I didn't know before), I believe the new Nintendo Network IDs (NNID) make it so you can't sell a system with eshop games and money. Unless you plan on selling the system exactly as-is and giving up your eshop account and NNID.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I sold a 2ds on ebay a while back and told the buyer it would have LBW on the system. As I was preparing to ship, I realized LBW was now tied to my ID and not the system (like Vita w/ PSN games). Had to offer him a discount.
