Is there any precedent for selling uPlay accounts? I bought The Division and the Season Pass since one of my friends talked me into it. I don't think I've ever played a game that went against my tastes so badly.

It's against ToS but not the law. It's a risky business proposition for a buyer so the discount would have to be significant.
