The issue I have is that it's SPAM for everyone other than the buyer/seller.

I do agree that on mobile, it's harder to see that you have a message notification but keep in mind that you will also get an email. Is there a reason why would not work for you?

The games/equipment are all working as of last time I tested them (~2 months ago), but, I didn't think to check if all the batteries are still functional for the games, so I cannot guarantee that the batteries aren't in need of replacement. Most of the games are in good physical shape but a few have stickers (Blockbuster-type of stickers). I can provide photos for absolutely anything you'd like to see, so please let me know.

I listed a digital game over on craigslist the other day. I got contacted by someone who wanted to get the game for their little brother and they wanted to pay me via paypal. Seemed sketchy as hell so I told the guy that he'd have to send the money via friends/family. Then he actually agreed to it and I sold it without issue? This was like a week ago. I'm still shocked this worked as well as it did LOL

I would keep a close eye on your Paypal account. That money could have been drawn from a fraudulent source.
