It hasn't been that hard to get more than that with how good the past few monthly bundles have been; Grim Dawn (October), Stardew Valley (November), and Dragon's Dogma (December) have all been worth more than $6 sold here even after the bundle. Hell, people were paying as much as $10 for Dragon's Dogma.

Typically no more than 7$.

In case with DD, that was different as the situation of that game being on PC.

I always mention it, more of not a question. I basically say I won't put feedback for the buyer if they don't type of thing.

I keep track in a spreadsheet and leave feedback for every transaction. If the other person doesn't leave it for me, I remind them once after about two or three weeks. If they still don't, I just shrug it off. Some people just don't do it, I guess. It works most of the time. I think I'm only missing about 2 buyer and 2 seller. It's crazy how rare it is for people to leave feedback on eBay these days. I have over 1200 feedback over there, but I've left just under 2000 over the years.
