Rage quitting s fine but dash boarding is a cowardly act that should be punished because it ruins the game for everyone.
I feel the same way. I love the game, and I have very few lag comp problems unless I'm the host. I'm probably going to get the season pass, which is not something I would have expected when picking this up, since the last couple of CODs have disappointed me.
I totally agree. Are dash boarders the only cause of the game crashing back to the matchmaking screen? A lot of people seem to do it, if that's the case.

I have it on good authority that if you do it uh...twice...you will get a warning that you are being put on probation. The game does not distinguish between reckless dashboarding & quitting due to your kids waking up from naps and screaming. Maybe that's better with Kinect?

Yeah, friend was saying the same thing. He'd "kill" someone on Carrier, and the fucker would dive into the water. No kill, no points.
It really is, especially going back and forth on a PC monitor makes the game looks fantastic. Console version looks borderline atrocious. Just seeing that perfect 60 and extremely crisp look, makes me jump up and down.

Yep. The SP looks especially great. Really wish some of the MP levels pulled back the curtains and give us the visuals of SP.
Pretty good, and it's recoil is very low. The only problem is that damage is also low, so you have to make sure you're hitting with the whole burst. Two bursts usually works for me at long range. Mid range the gun seems unbeatable, but up close you probably want full auto.

Thanks for the impressions. If I'm fighting up close with a burst fire gun, I'm assuming I'm dead anyway. I like Burst Fire, but the in game stats show the M8A1 to have much lower range than the SWAT.
I'll give it a try though. I tend to use the burst fire guns for mid-long range with FMJ for bullet penetration.
If I'm going close-mid range, I'll use an automatic. I dig the MTAR.

Not sure if you tried what I said earlier but try getting 2 kills using bullets then quickly switch to the RPG for the 3rd kill (or 2 kills with the RPG then the 3rd using bullets. Any combination like that). I can't confirm if that works or not but I say this because when I got my triple kill, i'm pretty sure it wasn't with 1 RPG (unless it happened so quick I didn't notice).

Just reached Prestige 6. I already have all the extra create a classes so the other 2 awards are kind of useless for me lol. I read that you can get that eraser calling card by resetting your stats. At least they give you SOME kind of reward for resetting. I'll be doing that eventually.
The acting in the single player was cheesy, but I did enjoy the gameplay of it quite a bit. Definitely the easiest COD game on Veteran I've ever played with very few if any frustrating moments like COD 4 (MW1) or COD 5 (WAW). Leveled up to a 12 in TDM and the gameplay is addicting but just feels like more of the same. Not sure I'll stick with this one for very long, but I'll hold onto it if I need that fast paced shooter fix. A buddy of mine who is a very strong player isn't sticking around, he doesn't like the new mechanics for killstreaks.

LMG's are pretty good, have way more range than the other weapons and are pretty accurate. I wouldn't recommend buying the game though,speaking for myself the game is pretty unstable and inconsistent, but since you didn't ask about that feel free to ignore my opinion.

You either hire Tony Todd to say "cocksucker" a lot, or to play some variation of the Candyman. I think Treyarch made the right choice. The campaigns in COD have become a parody of themselves. I actually enjoyed my playthrough of MW3's campaign just for how utterly stupid it was. Black Ops 2 takes it to the next level, I just don't know what else they could have done.

Level 55. I'd really like more class slots, but I hate the idea of having to unlock stuff over again. Plus, I'm getting my ass handed to me when spawns and the multiple entry points don't go my way. I'd hate to lose my gear.
It's actually not that bad. When you unlock weapons they stay at whatever level you left them at so you'll be up and running w/ most basic kits pretty quickly.
This is the first COD I've gone past P1
They dont? You do get points for it though. Ive often hurt someone and had them jump off something and die, and then get the assisted suicide ribbon. I think its 150 points or something
Ha. "Fun". Getting 150 FAL kills with no perks or attachments was horrible

I normally don't Prestige at all. But I'm enjoying Pick 10, and the ability to have all these tweaks in different classes makes me want to gain the class slots.

Yup, there really isn't any reason not to now. Plus you can choose to permanently unlock a certain perk, or weapon that you're accustomed to. First time I actually want to go past prestige 1.eek5 said:

How do you know when you are hosting the game ?
I think a good spot for this would be HC CTF on Raid. Right at the start run through the house or up the stairs(depending on spawn) and fire it straight across the little courtyard area 0o. I've gotten a lot of triple kills in this spot.

You really don't need Ghost if you want to flank. Though that depends on the mode you play on. I get good flank kills on people all the time because I play (and probably too) aggressive.
I think youll be the first person who has the connection bars next to your name if youre host.
Played for about three hours straight yesterday. League games are so much fun as everyone seems to be really interested in winning, more so than in public matches where a lot of people playing game modes like Domination seem to be only going for as many kills as possible. Some things I dont like such as not being able to join a game thats already in progress or the fact that you dont really level up when playing League games. It sometimes also takes a very long time to find a match but that might be due to not many people playing the game mode. For those who dont know, you have every weapon and extra unlocked from the beginning when playing League games so that you dont have a disadvantage.
I never thought about bomba. I guess the off-TV play feature is really alluring to gamers. ;-)
I'm actually finding decent success with the Type-25. Will probably just use this one weapon through my first prestige.
Also I'm not sure I like the scorestreaks that much. Get confused because it's harder to tell how close to the next scorestreak I am where with killstreaks it was much more simple.

I play aggressive too, but if you're flanking and you end up in the enemy spawn and a uav comes on, you're gonna get swarmed. Going lone wolf and maneuvering anywhere isn't the best idea if you position is constantly exposed, and I find my team constantly giving up uav streaks. sure I can get a few kills if I flank without ghost but I wanna be able to sustain a streak

You're not missing much. I got the "eraser" playercard from accidentally resetting my stats. Just a pink and blue strip. Pretty much not nice to look at in anyway.
All indications point to no, unless you like BLUR

LMGS are actually pretty awesome. There are four in BOPS2. The one you start with MK48 is great, clip size is huge, recoil is good, distance is good...and the initial perks are complimentary to that play style. AR's are pretty weak until high level, but the SMG's and LMG's definitely rock out early. I like to use the quick draw handle, Target Finder, and FMJ. Perks I use Toughness, Flack Jacket, Lightweight, and Dexterity. You can also setup a class that uses less Weapon 1 attachments and perks for a SMG secondary weapon. The MP7 which is the starting SMG is pretty awesome too.
Best thing about this game for me is that the scorestreaks reward more team based play which is the style of game I prefer. I love it.
