I would guess that Treyarch will have a trailer for them within a few days. Aqua, PAP, and Desert Coyote should be kinda obvious.Any idea what they will look like?
The COD twitter released an image of the Aqua Camo
Also, is this the first time they didn't use the Peacekeeper to show it off?
There's just one thing I'm not liking in this game (besides the inclusion of the dumb radar on Gun Game) and it's the Shotgun. God, fuck that gun.
Oh and the quick scoping too.
I don't mind if I get sniped from a distance. However, I find it so stupid when I get killed in CQC from quick scoping. The shotgun is just super annoying too since everyone seems to use it and it's not that hard to get kills with it unlike the effort that's required to quick scope.I've recently started running a Sniper / Shotgun class actually. I've never used a sniper rifle before so I completely suck with it.
I agree. I've equipped the shotgun and I don't even need to aim when I'm close to someone since it'll auto aim for me getting me an easy kill. Not even going to touch the BS that is quick scoping. Using a sniper rifle in close quarters where it ISNT its intended range is beyond stupid.I think it also generates this idea of why use 5-10 bullets when you can just end the fight with one shot
It really gets annoying

I'm getting a PS4 this fall. How is the PSN cod community compared to the Live community?
I have a friend who plays COD on PS3 and says the he has lots of network issues. What do you fellow gaffers think of the PSN with regards to multiplayer games and have you seen any improvements of the last 6 months?
I have BO2 for both systems, and I have been amazed to find that network performance on PSN is better. I think XBL > PSN as a general rule of thumb, but not as far as BO2 has been concerned. YMMV. I've logged 18.25 hrs on XBL, 136.75 on PSN.

Quick question guys, what does it mean to prestige a weapon? Does it make it stronger or do you just revert back to level 1 with the weapon?
This seems to contradict everything I see on forums. It's always PS3 users in COD games that have more connection problems.

Back to level 1, then can prestige it a second time if you want. Basically a way to get more bars to fill and another source of XP and camos.

so when's Treyarch going to make a Zombies only game?
I think some of it stems from the fact that it's impossible to get an all-singles Quad Feed with the DSR now, but beyond that the only change really is that there's much less chance they'll be able to get off another shot in a close-quarters encounter if they miss their shot...in my opinion this is a good thing seeing as the DSR is the easiest 1HK sniper in the game and not even made for quickscoping anyway. Why can't they just use the Ballista if it bothers them so much? Good riddance to them if they're bitching so much and pledging to not play the game over a 50RPM > 40RPM nerf. I don't have a problem with quickscoping inherently, but if infinite-range snipers are going to be used at point-blank, it needs more of a skill gap (especially with the less mobile, more powerful DSR) so to me, all this bitching just amounts to "It's a bit harder now! Screw you!"It is amusing to watch, IMO they didn't nerf enough of the bullshit in the game. Are people really getting this pissy over a slight reduction in fire rate?
I think El Presador has finally had enough of Black Ops II.
WORST RAGE QUIT EVER BROKEN EVERYTHING FACE CAM
My new favorite discovery with this game is listening to how many shots I fire then immediately looking at how many bullets I have left. For the most part it never matches. I hear 4-5 shots and much of the time I have full ammo when I die.
Its so much fun playing when your first 5 shots are not registering on the server.
With the latest patch I've been noticing people take a lot of bullets and surviving scenarios where they shouldn't survive. Examples of this are close quarters shotgun hits and somehow apparently surviving two consecutive shots. The hit detection seems way off which I never noticed before prior to this patch.
And I say fuck anyone defending use of the target finder in any way.
I take back what I said about about Quickscoping being the biggest thing I would remove if I had the ability in Black Ops 2, given the choice I would also remove god damn C4, or at least the ability to detonate it the second it lands. The downside of throwing C4 into a room is that you might miss or people might not be there, at least with a grenade you have to cook it with the chance of it exploding your arm off, claymores and betties need to be positioned in a good place that might just get someone, semtex needs to attach to something first before it cooks, C4 as they are used now don't have any of these downsides.
