WellYessssssssssssss
People that say “no good live action anime adaptations” obviously didn’t see Alita. Fun, fun film and a great surprise. Action was awesome!
First finish Avatar 4 you bastard.
I just want Cameron to finish Avatar 4 and then he can talk to whoever he wants.Robert Rodriguez has nothing to do with Avatar 4.

The Alita sequels are basically already written. Rodriguez only adapted a portion of Cameron's script. Not much for Cameron to do with the next one. He can still finish Avatar while producing it.
There is no way you saw Alita blind, the girl can see for ten people. Please please please be real. I saw Alita blind and it blew me away.
….huh, I should really check that out. I think I watched the anime back in the dayI sure as hell hope so man. Would literally be my most wanted movie.
I have about 30 graphic novels on my shelf. The first movie got through like 2 of them. The story has barelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy started. It's just brutal, Fist of the Northstar meets Mad Max meets Robocop gore and action from here on out.
The original 9 are must read.….huh, I should really check that out. I think I watched the anime back in the day
I just watched that for the first time 2 weeks ago. Holy shit, that was a Rodriguez flick for sure. You can definitely tell it was filmed in the early 2000s too with the dialogue and action.I hope so, it was Rodriguez’s best film in years. But then again, nothing good financially has ever happened with Rodriguez and long-awaited sequels. Though even if it bombed, Once Upon A Time In Mexico is an underrated gem. I’d even go so far as to say it’s better than the first two.
Yep, that is a line me, and my dad quote all the time. The movie is very much Rodriguez doing a Tarantino movie without a Tarantino script. But knowing their relationship prior to Grindhouse, it wouldn’t shock me to know QT did an uncredited re-write. It really does sound like QT’s voice coming out of these characters.I just watched that for the first time 2 weeks ago. Holy shit, that was a Rodriguez flick for sure. I might have to watch it again. It was ridiculous in a good way. Plus I didn't realize the "are you a mexi can or mexi can't?" was from this film. I think Danny Trejo says it in shotgun hobo and I burst out laughing
Also people tend to forget, this film was shelved for a very long time. For reasons I’m not totally sure about.
