damn total gross for that day will be insane....lol
If it wasn't Cap, it'd be Thor 3 or Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Marvel isn't going to stick an unknown property in the May slot when they've got more tested franchises they know they can open big with.
Would be funny if, at this year's Comic-Con, Kevin Feige does a "one more thing" at the Marvel panel and Zack Snyder walks out. Cap3 and Batman vs. Superman are actually now one, four-hour Amalgam movie.
I find it hard to believe that Marvel would churn out another Captain America film in 2 years. From a timing sense, wouldn't it be Iron Man 4 releasing around then? That would do some damage to Be unless RDJ hasn't signed on yet
And Jesse Pinkman as Luther.Ben Affleck tho......

What will it take for the 00/10s trend of comic book movies to end? Will a major film have to crash? Will it be Wonder Woman?
Also I'm not sure how GOTG has earned a mention alongside Thor and Captain America in your post. There is a lot of road still to go in that film and talking Raccoon or no I'm not sure it's the slam dunk some people think it is.
PaleFolklore said:Have they announced a Thor 3 yet? I mean, I didn't like the first 2 but I'm just curious if they're planning on finishing the trilogy.
Marvel must be REAL happy with how the Winter Soldier has turned out.
Iron man takes over fury as head of shield in Avengers 2, done.Didn't know that. But the only way cap3 does nearly as good as batman and superman is if they throw iron man into the mix
WHERE IS MY BLACK PANTHER MOVIE YOU DOUCHEBAGS
yes, I will continue to do this every time until they announce it
It already lost. Overexposed campy hero over filmic event of the decade. Yeah, sorry cap.
Well you know for Marvel it's really hard to bring Wakanda to the screen I mean we see people flying and guys who can topple buildings but an advanced African state is just too unbelievable for people it seems.
Black Panther better be introduced soon or that's some bullshit.
They are filming a big chunk of Avengers 2 in Africa which to me seems to suggest Wakanda. Also, in the cartoon Baron Von Strucker went to Wakanada to mine for that stuff Ultron is made out of and Strucker is in this movie soo....
I'm going to be very upset if Red Skull isn't back. I don't care if they have to recast.
Superman meeting Batman on a cruise ship will be the greatest event ever.Wait, you're saying Batman-Superman is the "filmic (sic)" event of the decade? Are you sure about that?
On this page somebody said something really dumb. Really dumb. Let's see who can guess.

No doubt, but Batman/Superman needs at least a couple weeks on its own to get its best numbers possible.Captn gonna get murked
The "filmic event" of the decade was already The Avengers
The "filmic event" of the decade was already The Avengers. The general public's reaction to the new Batman is probably going to be "Wait where's Christian Bale?"
Sony should give Tobey Maguire Spidey to Marvel and they can keep Andrew Garfield. That's kinda boring tbh. To me the only way marvel could match superman and batman together would be getting Spider-Man into the avengers. Cap and Thor are kinda meh on film imo
Fucking sony, would be beautiful if they released spidey for avengers
Edit: also this decade's only been 4 years. Avatar 2, worlds finest, Star Wars sequel, avengers 3 are all gonna be within the same decade. Way premature

Superman and Batman setting up the Justice League not so much.
Here's how Man of Steel 2 should end
and I'll bring up the tagline again

Without Avengers we wouldn't be getting Avengers 3 or World's Finest (or Days of Future Past or Sinister Six). Star Wars and Avatar are sequels. If something comes out that really shakes things up more then Avengers this decade that would be great but at this point what would it even be?
What comic is that?
Wonder Woman look-a-like a man.
Captain America is the best.
Batman and Superman about to get wrecked.
