This makes sense. In the day and age of virtualization EPYC CPU's are the absolute best bang for buck. I run a small government org IT department and we are able to run around 65 servers on only three physical servers with dual EYPC CPUs each, and we are nowhere close to utilizing all of the resources. We originally specced these servers out based on our previous Intel stack and that was completely unnecessary. AMD is dominating in core counts, power consumption, and processing speed per core......
