This breaks my heart

Stones are my favorite band

I was at a show of theirs on the No Filter tour in Chicago and I got sick right before the show and had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital and missed it. And now it seems like I've missed my opportunity to ever see them whole and intact.

Listening to Forty Licks in its entirety tonight before moving on to some deeper cuts. RIP

My dads favorite band and I loved seeing them live twice, we were going to go again but covid happened.

Exile in Main St. for me, all day

I'm always amazed at rock performers who made it out the other end of the 1970s. With so many drugs, booze and loose women in those days it was practically a minefield. Rest in peace Charlie Watts.
