We don't have Costanza spamming everything about the show and gifs of it. Besides, the Community thread is fairly active.Jasoco said:Wait. What happened to Community? When did the GAF consensus do a 180? The show is brilliant. What happened between the last episode (Christmas) and the next one that hasn't aired yet?

Major Recurring Guest Star Alert! Vivian, who's beautiful, charming & intelligent. She's an Oxford University Historian and is perhaps mistaken when she thinks her fathers an oil tycoon. coughcriminalmastermindcough. Intruigingly, the actress needs to be able to ride horses.
Also featuring is Boris, an international assissin. Apparently we're supposed to be thinking 'Clive Owen' when we see him.

While Sarah tries to free Chuck's mother, Morgan and Chuck go after Volkoff; Casey and Alex bond; Ellie hopes to ease Awesome's anxiety over becoming a father.
@sheebs08 (via Twitter): So the Chuck promo showed a new look for Sarah. Is she channeling her inner Miranda Lawson?!
Ill let executive producer Chris Fedak take this one: Two words: Evil Sarah. Oooh, did you just get the shivers, too? Could Yvonne Strahovski actually get more badass? The mind boggles!
More via the link. But here's the thing: of all the broadcast networks, NBC is still the one I watch the most each week. They have what I'd consider both the best comedy to air on broadcast TV (and really, on all of TV) in "Parks and Recreation," and the best broadcast drama in "Friday Night Lights." (Yes, that's technically a DirecTV show that NBC reruns these days, but it originated on NBC.) They have a whole bunch of other shows I feel passionately about, from "Community" to "Chuck" to "30 Rock," others I like to varying degrees ("Parenthood," latter-day "The Office"), and when their new shows don't work, it's usually in some memorable way. ("Outlaw" gave me more laughs than several actual sitcoms that debuted this fall.)
And most of those shows get ratings that would get them canceled in a heartbeat on any other network. The thing that's made NBC an industry joke has also made it a place where a niche show like "Community" can hang around for at least two full seasons (and hopefully more), where there's now a better-than-even chance that "Chuck" might stick around for a FIFTH season, where they recognized the brilliance of "Friday Night Lights" enough to seek out that DirecTV deal that kept the show in existence for three extra years, where "30 Rock" will likely be around for as long as Tina Fey wants to keep doing it.
EDIT: ChuckTV.net with a written breakdown of what Schwartz and Fedak said in the podcast. *minor spoilers*It's been a while since we had a guest interview on the Firewall & Iceberg Podcast, and since I'm still in California for the TV critics' press tour, Dan and I decided to do the latest one in person. So Thursday afternoon we broke away from a series of TCA field trips in order to visit the office of "Chuck" co-creator Josh Schwartz, who joined us and co-creator Chris Fedak for a long, strange, at times informative, at times hopefully funny interview as "Chuck" prepares to return with new episodes on Monday. If you're a "Chuck" fan, hopefully you'll enjoy it, but it's also entirely possible that it has destroyed our relationship with the show. We really don't know.
In addition, Dan and I shared more anecdotes from the second half of press tour, and also offer a review of "Big Love" season 5. The run-down:
Press Tour Rundown - 00:00:00 - 00:20:40
A candid conversation with Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak - 00:20:40 - 01:09:20
A review of the "Big Love" S. 5 premiere - 01:09:45 - 01:21:10
