Haha, I love the whole Kabletown storyline on 30 Rock, and the Chuck reference is hilarious, even for how minor it is.

In other news, episode 4.19 will be known as "Chuck Versus The Muuurder".

Ha, hopefully it's a Hot Fuzz reference.

Also, saw this on facebook. Guessing something will be up there soon:

I'm going to have to agree with Solo (as much as it pains me) about Linda Hamilton (well, I think he's agreeing with me since I said it earlier in the thread).

She's been terrible all season. Has knocked the whole season down a few pegs in my mind. Granted, her character hasn't been handled all that well. A few times I was struggling to remember if she was good or not.

Yvonne Night.

Sadly, I am closing at work. So it is Hulu on Tuesday morning or other means Monday night. And it saddens me, since Roan Montgomery is back.

Sarah Connor became a terminator herself with no emotions... maybe she's a T-2000 ready to assassinate Chuck because in the future The Intersect is a threat to Skynet

This season is totally going to end up a S3 redux, just a bit better. Ill bet Volkov shows up like Shaw did in the last few episodes.

I'm ok with it this time. Volkov is so much better as a badguy than Mr. McBlandPants.

It's an easy campaign to get involved with...

There's a rumor floating this morning that Strahovski might get a role in the Avengers movie as Ms. Marvel, but there's nothing official yet and it comes from an unconfirmed source.

Volkov is ace though, Superman-dude wasn't.

I wish they'd get back to focusing on Chuck/Sarah/Casey/Morgan instead of shoving as many guest-stars in as they can (unless they're all as great as Dalton). But I suppose guest stars bring in viewers so they can't.

That is a rumor I can get behind.

His time as a member of Team Bartowski was weak, but I thought he did a good job as a villain.

If they manage to bring back Dalton, it'd be great to get some more Tuttle if possible. I'm not sure how they could do that, but I was disappointed we only got one episode of him in that form.

While the government imprisons him and tries to get information from him, his mind breaks down causing him to revert to his alternate persona. Then some plan he'd put in place allows him to be broken out from government security, but he now thinks he IS Tuttle. Humor ensues.

Best part of last episode was Young Blood, which has rapidly become one of my favorite pieces used on Chuck.

WTF was that ending, zooming out of the window. I was expecting Sarah's dad to be lurking out there all creepy-like or something.

Screw last week's hyped (and perhaps overhyped) episode, this one was my favorite of the season yet! Larroquette was a welcome return and excellent again as Roan, I actually loved Chuck and Sarah for once, Linda Hamilton was actually good, there were a lot of great character moments and emotions, every character had something to do, and it was really funny. All the things that exist in all the best episodes. Just really hit all the right notes for me.

- I liked Sarah teasing Chuck like hes a woman ("you always overpack for missions")
- haha, how cheap is this show? Cheap enough that the interior of the Morroccan "base" was totally the set for the Bartowski house
- the look on Sarah's face after Chuck's "I said no, woman!" was priceless, LOL
- okay, two things about Sarah as a belly dancer. First, its the most sexy she has EVER looked. I mean, goddamn. Second, holy shit that is the most gratuitous exploitation of Yvonne ever, and this is not a show that has been shy about selling her sex, haha
- it happens so infrequently that I just can't help but love when Sarah shows some insecurity - when Chuck figured out why she wanted to elope, I felt for her
- OMG Beckman with the RPG - I just about crapped myself laughing - cheesey as fuck, terribad CGI, absolutely hilarious
- I can't believe they actually used Scorpions on Chuck *rock*

I thought tonight was another really great episode, just like last week. Not sure I have a whole lot to add that wasn't already covered by Solo, but here goes anyway.

- I am glad John Larroquette is back, even if he is starting to look really old. As Chuck said, "I love that guy!"

- Solo already mentioned the look on Sarah's face after Chuck's comment, but I enjoyed the slight reaction Alex had when Morgan compared her to Casey almost as much.

- Not sure if it was an intentional call back to earlier this season, but having a major plot point consist of Casey having to live within the walls of the bad guy's fortress was really good.

- Sarah as a belly dancer was simply amazing. Not much more needs to be said really.

- The Chuck/Sarah fight was not only one of the few non-bad ones, it was actually really good and actually made a lot of sense. Kudos to the writers. And from looking at Sepinwall, this was co-written by the same writer from "Phase Three" so she obviously has a good grasp of Sarah as a character.

- Beckman was great. From the horrible attempt to make her look young, to the missle launcher scene at the end. I am glad they have worked her in more as a character this year.

- I am really hoping they go forward with the Sarah family plot if for no reason then the hope that we get another episode (or more) with Gary Cole.

Music for the week.

"Black Red" by Dr. Dog (Morgan and Chuck talk)
"65 Bars & A Taste of Soul" by Charles Wright and The Watts 103rd St Rhythm Band (Roan tied up in Fatima's bed)
"Breeze" by Alex Silverman (Morgan tells Alex about his plan for Casey)
"Sixteen Tons" by Tennessee Ernie Ford (Roan forced to work at the Buy More)
"Wind of Change" by Scorpions (Roan and Beckman's '80s love theme)

I actually thought the episode was pretty bad.

First of all, there was no Jeff/Lester/Big Mike (I guess they blew their budget on the previous episode). The plot seemed contrived. It was like you could tell the writers didn't expect the show to get past the previous episode so they had to throw something together.

Then they send back Roan to seduce Fatima a second time to get the location of the mint when he already knew the name of the village from a previous conversation. WTF?

Just... stop.

Loved pretty much everything about this one. It was just plain fun.

Also, the belly dancing scene is only rivaled by the gratuitous bikini scene earlier this year. I can't get enough Yvonne *drools*
