Looks like comcast newsgroups no longer works for former attbi users.
Any recommendation for a paid service with low rates and unlimited usage?
I have easynews, saved up 45gb on it, but that'll run out eventually, so I need one with unlimited downloads.

I used Usenetserver.com before, which was good for awhile, but then the retention got really really bad. Has it improved?

I noticed this aswell. I've been using Usenetserver for about a week and havent had any problems with the service. It maxes out my line using 1 thread to download, I waited to sign up until they got over their recent problems with bad storage units which was affecting their retention. $14.99 for Unlimited is a sweet sweet price.

I too use usenetsever and have been for over a year. They have some hiccups from time to time but the customer support is friendly and helpful and the speeds and no limits are both pretty awesome. I'd reccomend them

Oh wow, why did this happen? You could at least cut the binaries.. how much trouble is it for comcast to leave the discussions?
