It's a huge seller. No doubt it will. It might be teensy sized like they done with Muppets tho.
Bought Pride of Baghdad and just finished reading it. This was an impulse buy, as the only time I ever heard of it was years ago at IGN comics and really only bought it cause of the crazy idea and title while browsing the book store. Still, it was a great little story, really liked the art style too, though at times it messed with proportions.
the ending was so sad, though
AvX is still a game of hide the Hope despite the integration with the Phoenix Five. Not liking the event, it feels bloated and empty, mainly since so little happened for the first several issues.
Why does Marvel Now sound bad? It's just musical chairs with the creators, it depends on if where they land lines up with what you want. Bendis will no longer be on Avengers and gets to destroy the X-verse and possibly the Cosmic side too, but Hickman swings to Avengers/New Avengers and Remender on Uncanny Avengers. Fraction will be a toss up on FF/Fantastic Four. Iron Man with Gillen/Land, Thor Aaron/Ribic, and Waid/Yu on Hulk will be creator preference based.

Justice League Dark is great, first 3 issues ( 9-11) of Lemire taking over the book has been off to a quick start establishing a new team and making way for even more new members in 12 and the annual.
regular Justice League is OKAY, kind of fun, not as dumb as Bendis Avengers, a happy compromise but it strikes me as a little dull overall, like it doesn't know what it wants to do.
He finally started to catch up in reading internet threads about him.

Outlaws is messy, but also somewhat fun and actiony. It's earned a lot of haters for doing pretty shitty things to Starfire, and it got somewhat boring at parts, but Kenneth Rocafort is good at drawing, so it's not as terrible as people make it sound.
TT is messier still, and the fact that Brett Booth's art is straight out of 1994 doesn't help.
BOP is pretty cool/fun/smart, but it goes somewhat nowhere and Travel Foreman's excellent pencils are sabotaged by terrible inking/coloring.

Both are for #700, but don't read ASM. It will make you feel terrible because you paid money for it.
I couldn't disagree more.
i'm still going to read ASM a bit longer, but i dislike Slott's Parker. Just seems like a jerk who runs around yelling " No One Dies" all the time.

Sort of crazy that there have been almost 160 issues of ASM since One More Day. I know the book has been double and triple shipping since then, but OMD doesn't feel like it was that long ago.
Any chance in hell that DC won't revert Action and Detective back to their originial numbering in about 7 years to take advantage of those 1000th issue anniversaries?

Wouldn't detective # 900 be coming up really really soon if they were on the old numbering? I wouldn't really be surprised to see that get a special issue or cover.

I have to say Frankenstein when it was part of Flashpoint was AMAZING. The first 3 - 4 issues of the 52 launch were so weak I dropped the book.
Yeah, I think they have 6-7 issues before they would have hit 900. I could see DC skipping that milestone though since the New 52 initiative is still new. #1000 is a much bigger deal than #900 though.

I stopped buying singles cause I'm poor. Even with places that offer a discount on singles for advance orders it's still more economical to buy the trades. I'll buy trades eventually if I can afford it
