I think that's the Joker. I think he had plastic surgery. I think he made himself look like young Bruce.

He looks really cool. Did he get plastic surgery though? Or did his wounds heal and he just painted over the scarring? His lips are incredibly tiny.
Red Robin, Black Bat, and Bat Girl? I'm in.
couldn't care less. The microtransaction shit literally has no bearing on the game itself, it's clearly not built around it whatsoever.Wait, people are still thinking about buying Unity?

Didn't much care, for the villain last, issue. Hope this one,is better. Love the art a lot
Does anyone know what projects James Stokoe currently has in the works? I just reread his Avengers 100th Anniversary issue again and I want more!
Y'all bought the wrong video game today, shoulda bought Lego Batman 3.
I didn't buy shit today. Not with Dragon Age and Far Cry next week. Then the new Guilty Gear game in early December.... LEGO Batman 3 will be under the Xmas tree, though.
No idea, but I really hope he's doing something. He's one of my favorites.
You've read Godzilla: Half-Century War, right?
Yeah, man... it's the only Godzilla comic I've ever bothered reading. I think I've read most everything he's done, outside of Orc Stain, which I'm only about halfway through.
I want him to get more work doing weird stuff with Marvel( and DC)'s universes, even if they're just one-shots here and there.
Good, good. Just making sure. Haha
I still need to read Orc Stain and Wonton Soup. And Sullivan's Sluggers.
But yeah, I'd love to see that too. Seeing more Big Two stuff from his perspective would be fantastic.
That was quick.

That was quick. It's out in September.
No you fucking don't. That book is just bad karma sitting on my shelf. I would easily say it's the worst story I've ever read. Shit actually offended me it was so fucking awful.
And yeah, it's got Stokoe's art, but even that isn't up to his usual stuff. Coloring is kind of shit.

Nice impressions. I was actually thinking the same thing regarding Dillon's art when I was reading Preacher today. It's kind of funny, because most artists' best work comes later when their style is fully developed. However, because Dillon's "style" is basically faces that all look identical, his work on Preacher (where his "style" wasn't fully developed yet) is some of his best stuff. With that said, I still love Dillon's more recent stuff as well. The similar faces thing doesn't really bother me at all.
But yeah, I read three or four issues of Preacher already today (plan to read more in a bit) and I don't really have anything specific to say except that I'm still absolutely loving it. Such good comics.
edit - Why does the real thing look better than the second pic?
New York story was too good, on to the next.
