To all: No prob! Thanks for all the comments, it looks like 'big cow' has infiltrated our language ;p. Just giving back a little, since I've appreciated the translations from Japanese mags/events/etc. on GAF, and since I'm at it a special shoutout to bobby's AWESOME KD rip!
Looking through that China gaming forum though, it seems that they're behind the times as games get released later in China (in Chinese - most Asian editions are either Japanese or Korean which they can't read anyway), and there are topics on the DC and SS. There's even a FTP involved (arrrr!), but most topics are of game/news discussion as well as some 'help me!' topics. It's definitely different from here (US forums), and this may require a bit more investigation.

Can you explain in detail of the attitudes on foreign boards? It's interesting to see the world outside of the English world.

though when i first looked at that game collections thread before, some of the pics were a little "wtf...?" to me too, though afterwards its not too surprising.

BUT yes l, the french won the game, but i'd hardly say you "kicked our ass", you looked out of ideas to me and then got two set pieces and scored from them. Fair play, play to the end etc... England have only themselves to blame for following a "sit on a 1-0" tactic and having it back fire.... TWICE.
Also, is Silvestre some sort of Alien? his head is the shape of a bean, it's quite shocking.

To the person above me, I bet all these gamers knew their photos would be published to the public, that's why they cleaned their messy rooms before taking those photos. We all know, as gamers, that once we start playing games, we definitely don't have any motivation to clean anything up.

Obviously for a real gamer, they will have several copies of the same thing.
But, it's not like they own all these consoles (PS2. XBox), they're most likely taken there by their friends when they play together.

Yes, they probably borrowed their friends' consoles and put them together and take a photo of it to show how rich they are. Either way, any normal white people like to go out and do outdoor activities instead of this.

But to be honest with you, I hate it when a team plays defensively for the whole game, but when it does for the whole competition (see Greece) I cannot help despising them. They are the new germany. 11 players defending and only playing on counter attacks (that's how they scored in their last 3 games against france, Czeck Republic and Portugal)
I have one hope, that the coaches find a way to crack that game so as to kick them out of the qualifying round for the next world cup. WE DON'T NEED that kind of play on the field.
why do I like the brasilian way? Portugal's way? France's way? Hell even England's way without sven eriksson? Because it moves, it attacks, it creates the game, it doesn't suffer it.
