If you're using an Nvidia card you can record using ShadowPlay, otherwise you can use OBS. (Google is your friend )

Yeah you can use OBS

To send a demo right click your saved match and there should be something like "get link" or something.

I reload too much in general. But I'm getting better! A great feeling is when I get something like 3 kills with one clip of the M4A1-S.
