Hard "no"!

Re5 looks absolutely great (on 360, not on ps3 sadly). Also the cutscene direction is fantastic and better than what tons of games today put out. Highly replayable.

MGS4, FFXIII (ps3), Gears of War, Gow3, Halo Reach, Bayonetta (360), Beyond Two Souls, Virtua Fighter 5 and many many others are absolutely gorgeous games one way or the other.

It was the first "hd" gen but still not HD enough so IQ was trash, 8th gen was the first 3D gen to have decent IQ on games.

2D games and 3d cellshaded graphics games don’t age badly at all most of the time.

Real 3d game ? Yeah even 4 yesrs old game ages badly.

Just because the technology evolve much faster in these games while 2D game is still a 2D game . There is not much you can do about cartoonish graphics either
