Solid and they have all the guns for next year: forza horizon 6, fable, gears e day, halo 1 remake and a new look on elder scrolls 6

Both the SOP and XBOX Showcase were better than Summer Games Fest.

I predict SGF won't be a thing within the next 5 years.

When modern gaming became this rainbow vomit ? Damn...

Ninja Gaiden 4 and that horror game by Bloober looked good though
It's not always rainbow though. So many trailers start with a woman (generally white) and a male side character (some variety of diversity). I'm so over that trope. Everyone does it.

C for Xbox and D for PS and mediocre Summer fest overall. Horror genre fans are eating good this and next year. If Im only excited to play old Re2 and Re3 on PS5 this year, Sony got a problem with the software.

Really disappointing for me.

Highlights: The Xbox ROG. I want it. And COD. The setup was cooler than everything else.

Microsoft's showings are getting better each time.

They brought some 🔥.

Grounded 2 looks so fresh, not a castle, not a ship, the backyard and I'm with it.

Outer Worlds and Clockwork resemble each other far too much.

Ninja Gaide 4 Day One GamePass 🤯

Blood of The DawnWalker. Amazing.

Cronos, if it can do what Callisto couldn't?

GameFreak casually drops the hottest Ninja Scroll-like shit I've seen in game. Maybe ever?

Rog Ally Xbox Is real. Cool.
Woulda preferred to see Xbox streaming on Switch 2.

Exactly.... didnt comment to not attract the white knights

A lot of unexpected things and a solid lineup but some unexplainable no-shows as well. Voted A because of Double Fine, Persona 4 and Ninja Gaiden.

Also lmao@ FFXVI not even getting its own announcement.

Its solid in terms of pure gameplay and lenght, kinda disappointed in the games...no elder scrolls 6...no fallout 3 remake...still a better show than the sony one

The Xbox "Coming Soon" showcase. I rate a Solid B. Clockwork has me intrigued, that show closer with Black Ops 7 was abysmal, should've started the show with it instead. ToW2 looked interesting, but 80 dollars though? Absolutely not. The project by Rebel Wolves looked interesting as well, has my attention. Been a while since I played a good vampire game (looking at you Bloodrayne).

This was really the worst and shortest Xbox show in over a decade.
The fuck was this?
Clockwork was the only highlight for me.

What happened to The Coalition? They are outsourcing like crazy and Gears 5 came out in 2018 or 2019??
That Gears releaded Trailer felt like could have been released weeks ago with the dry blogpost announcement.

Whats going on with Everwild? Or is it Neverwild now?
Fable?? Short Alpha glimpses early this year and STILL a no show.
Obsidian seems to be the only Studio under MS having competent management and deadlines. But sadly Microsoft doesnt localizes their games completly. Outer Worlds 2 is 80€ and only ships with English Voiceover.. yeah no thanks.

Then the big Elephant. HALO
It wasnt even worth mentioning by Name. Only calling it "a classic" IP.

Some of the more interesting stuff wont be out until 2026.

This show felt like scrapped together. Lost weight and muscles like Phil Spencer lol

And dont get me started on that ending....fucking CoD

Not as good as last year but there were quite a few games I now look forward to playing. B-

D for me...
Aphelion was the only game I found interesting.
Aniimo piqued my curiosity but then saw it was f2p trash :\

Clockwork Revolution looks nice, but I'm so fucking tired of shooters.
Beast of Reincarnation surprised me, but once I get I can't help but getting a strong "already seen" feeling in the end.

Planet of Lana 2 is nice but, given it looks like a very identical sequel, it didn't exactly overhype me.

Rest was either boring or insignificant for me

All 3 shows were completely average for me. All three gets C's, but if I had to rank them, Xbox would be C+, Sony SOP would be a plain C, and SGF would be a C-, with RE9 being the thing that kept it out of "D" territory.

Genuinely surprised there was no update to Fable or Perfect Dark, games that were announced years ago. I'm less shocked we didn't see anything for Gears: E-Day since that was only announced last year. Also surprised they haven't teased Forza Horizon 6 since 5 has been out almost four years now. But I guess since Playground is busy with Fable and they just dropped Horizon 5 on PS5,a new Horizon isn't a priority.

b, I was expecting some big shots and instead they didn't show any.
for once I even thought they understood not to announce too quickly, not to sell dreams and I appreciated it

then phil went on stage " see you next year with new halo, new forza, new gears, new fable, new console, new ..." lol

C. Good set of interesting games, but none of the real heavy hitters. No Gears E-Day, Fable, and Perfect Dark. Meh at best.

It was solid with nothing really standing out from either first party or third party

Clockwork probably the most interesting game

Wtf was that Double Fine game are they trying to get shut down?

That COD ad was just weird

A bunch of games that should have been cut from the run time

Some notable absences in the show

How far have Bethesda fallen they have to be the least interesting RPG maker in the showcase, Fallout 76 fishing really?

And do Blizzard make games anymore?

On a positive note Square Enix should sell 4 million more copies of FFXVI this week
