C, nothing that interesting for me personally, but it was well paced, announcement after annoucement so it didn't annoy me.

B, beggining was great, middle was boring, end was ok

Persona 4 Revival

Was hoping for a MCC multiplatform and a Splinter Cell announcement

Good to see Xbox get FF7 Remake and FF16 finally

Very good, even tho it fell a bit towards the end. Not as good as last years, but at least it didnt waste my time like the other showcases.

A D for me, nothing surprised me and a lot of stuff looked flat, uninspired with a number of them could be mistaken for last generation.

Ending the show with a one more thing and it was yet another Black Ops already was poor as well in my opinion.

It says a lot some feel the need to push a subscription service these days.

I think the C I gave it is extremely generous, but there are just enough games there that I'm interested in that I feel a D was a bit too cruel....but honestly it's closer to a D than a C for me.

But was funny to see how times have changed. I still remember the message popping up everywhere "XBOX exclusive", not its "Play anywhere".

Lots of stuff I'm looking forward to on GP. Good pacing the whole show. Not the total blowout they did last year but still easily the best show this year. GP 2026 looks crazy already.

If they ended the show with a proper game, i would have given it an A. Really really solid. Because CoD polluted the ending, it's a B.

Still, it's so far ahead of the dogshit whatever we've seen from Sony, it's kinda scary. This was also far better than the SGF. Skinny Phil is scary😆

C

Clockwork Revolution and Persona 4 Revival were the only interesting things to me.

i don't want to give less than SoP given the content that was alright but still, what another disappointing show from Xbox.

Last year they seemed to finally have all their games ready to be shown, and this year nothing except inXile and Double Fine, like what the fuck is their problem ? The one more thing was a joke, so is Xbox.

Still, NG4 will be great.

Clockwork Revolution was the highlight of the show. For me, you have to compare it to last years Xbox showcase. It's just decent if you compare it to that. If you compare it to SoP, it was amazing.

It's an A+

Because it's the first game show in a long time that didn't give us:

"Here's our Parkour-infused third person beat'em up"
"Configurable Parkour gameplay mechanics"
"You'll love our new Parkour RTS!"

et cetera.

F

what the fuck even happened

No Fable, no Gears E day. no Forza, no Elder scrolls, no fallout, no Perfect Dark, no Halo, no Starfield DLC, no gameplay or details on new Call of Duty, no Blizzard, no State of Decay 3, the list goes on and on. What the hell is going on behind the scenes at Xbox?

Like i said in the other thread, it was fine, a C+ overall for me.

MS deliver a decent enough show each time but they never really knock your socks off.

and that's ok, they are at least consistently decent.

Everything is cinematic.
Everything looks the same.
Everything is Unreal Engine 5.
All the effects look the same.
All the gameplay looks the same.
Gameplay is either 3rd person Dark Souls clone, cinematic cover shooter or a first person shooter.
Artstyles look all the same.
Everything looks too realistic.
Everything has too much geometrical detail. FF16 is a geometrical mess.

Artstyles and graphics look so shitty across the board.

Those are not even video games anymore. They are made by people from the movie industry and not video game developers anymore.

All this shit is catering to a movie and casual audience, but not to a "video gaming audience".

AAA gaming stands for: soulless, graphically overconvoluted cinematic Unreal Engine 5 bullshit.

Jesus Christ, what has become of the gaming industry...
And every trailer has the same sound effects.

I just can't stand the infinite line-up of Western games that use one of the three same art-styles. And we always get the same 10 years old Bethesda games having updates etc... Everything feels uninspired and already played for the most part.

Ninja Gaiden 4 was nice though.

I wished for many games to be shown but non of them made it..

State of decay 3
Halo
Gears of war e-day
Splinter cell remake
Fable
Everwild
Perfekt dark
Elder scrolls 6

I'm a bit disappointed.

I gave it a B-/C+. They really did good and announced a lot but where was Fable, Everwild, or Perfect Dark? Also ending with CoD was disappointing. Regardless, there was some cool games announced and I don't regret watching.

Everything was 2026 the showcase. Also where the hell is Perfect Dark, State of Decay 3 and Everwild. Fuck, where the hell is that Starfield expansion.

Clocktower Revolution , Blood of Dawnwalker and At Fates End were amazing.

I gave it a C, would have been a B if they could have kept the plague tale news under wraps until the show.

I thought it was amazing really happy with the focus on play anywhere as someone who bounces between my series X PC and ally x.

CoD is their biggest money maker so it makes some sense it would end with it. Not for me though and I was hoping for something else
No Killer Instinct was a bummer, but the chances were low it would happen
