You want to be yourself, but you also want to put your best foot forward. Don't lie, but be your 'best' self.
For example, if I liked sports, video games, volunteering, traveling and capital markets, I'd probably mention sports and capital markets briefly (demonstrate brains and athleticism, but they don't want to hear the details), talk a lot about traveling (demonstrates adventurousness, and everyone likes to talk about their trips, it's easy conversation as long as you focus on HER trips) and volunteering (demonstrates empathy and altruism, helping people or animals out, etc). I wouldn't mention video games at all, unless it comes up in which case I'd say I played them but would downplay frequency.
