Yup. Katana's not a villain or prisoner, so she doesn't need a bomb in her neck. She's working for Rick Flag and Amanda Waller, and they said that she's loyal to them.I'm assuming that Katana is like Rick Flag in that she won't have a bomb in her neck (since she's acting as Flag's bodyguard), right?
Also, just noticed that Soul Calibur edit. Nice work, KDash.
"I've spoken with people within DC and they've said there's no plan to bring the Green Arrow character to the cinematic universe, but things change."
I don't really see any hope in what he said. Amell flat out said they told him they don't have plans for the character. The 'things change' is probably just him holding out the hope. There is still hope for a Green Arrow movie! They should do something with that Green Arrow: Escape from Supermax storyline.

I assumed as much, though I'd guess that Katana may have second-thoughts about Waller's methods later in the film. Though I'm curious to see how established she is as a hero within the context of the DCEU.Yup. Katana's not a villain or prisoner, so she doesn't need a bomb in her neck. She's working for Rick Flag and Amanda Waller, and they said that she's loyal to them.
She's there to protect Rick Flag and keep Task Force X in line.
huh, I always thought they shot Mad Max like years ago and it wasn't until now they could release it.

hell no, I take Justin Hartley over Hunnamm.
I have hopes if they ever do GA in the movie universe he's actually y'know, like Oliver in the comics and not stoic. Also I'm of the opinion that the TV show actors shouldn't play them in the movies, so I agree. Hunnam does look the part damn well.Good. After watching all these years of Arrow, he's not a good Arrow. Rather have Charlie Hunnam play him.
Dude. Be careful of what you wish for. C'mon now.
Careful? I hope it happens.
Oh wow. These covers deserve a new thread tbh. Fcuk.
Some new Skwad posters

Got to say, a little surprised pushing out the Ultimate Edition in the first wave.
Assumed would sell the normal cut.
And then sometime early next year release the Ultimate/Uncut/Director's version

That would piss me off so much.
WB are definitely trying to push the Ultimate Cut as the version to see.Got to say, a little surprised pushing out the Ultimate Edition in the first wave.

They are actually not releasing the theatrical stand alone. They want to retcon it out of existence. Well, of course the UC disks still have it, but still, the intent is palpable.
Yeah. Those are Amazon exclusive.isn't there an edition that has statues of Batman or Superman?
man, look at all those extras.
hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng
I think what I would do, what I probably would do, is in some ways what Zack did with this movie, which is to borrow certain things from the great comic books, but create an original story around it because I wouldnt want the fans to already know the story and be familiar, but I would borrow, steal, great things that have been done before in the comics.
There is still hope for a Green Arrow movie! They should do something with that Green Arrow: Escape from Supermax storyline.
