I read somewhere that they initially only use Venus Vacation for the title, but ended up adding DOAX as an insurance.

That's why the title is Venus Vacation Prism. And the DOAX is only a subtitle. The game was originally to be titled Venus Vacation only. But it seems KT is still not sure it'll sell, so they added DOAX as the subtitle.

If they wanted to do all VV original girls for the game, I would kinda be ok with that. But there are like 20 new girls that are from VV. There are more new characters than existing characters lol.
Doing a dating sim(?) with only 6 seems really weird. I almost feel like this will be the "base" game and they're gonna charge 20 bucks or something for each DLC character.

It's region locked, only available in Asia (for English version). PC version is most likely impossible to get since it's via Steam. For PS4/5, you can still import the physical version via Play-Asia or just make a new PSN account set in Asia region for digital version.
