Also for anyone who might be curious it looks like PS4 was up more than 20% YoY

Hmm, this is still a pretty damn impressive number, but the PS4 sold below my expectations. I was expecting 36.5 million sold through. So, Sony announces that PS4 sell through at 35.9m as of Jan 3rd 2015.

I know, just seemed kinda harsh. I took it as a joke anyway, so no harm done, buddy.? The Spoiler part was in reference to my post not yours. It was meant as a joke.
What was Sony's forecast for the year? I'm having trouble finding the thread.
38M by the end of calendar Q1 2016.
At what point can we all agree that there are too many bundles? I feel like they are inundating the market with all these SKUs.

I doubt they are restocking any bundle from 2015. Those will be sold and gone when they are done selling.
It seems like for early 2016 they'll have these 2 bundles, and will most likely have a game specific bundle for a game they are marketing this spring. I'm going to guess we could see a Division bundle and a special Quantum Break bundle (probably a white model).
Gamestop probably will not sell this "Name Your Game Bundle" because isn't physical copy, so they will need more units of other 500GB bundle.
That's likely to be damned near the lifetime sales of the Bone. Also for anyone who might be curious it looks like PS4 was up more than 20% YoY

Multiple SKUs would help them retain shelf space at retail, because retail will stock three of each of the dozen bundles not being certain who wants what rather than the two dozen "Bones" they were actually likely to sell.At what point can we all agree that there are too many bundles? Name your game, that's a interesting bundle.
Rainbow Six Siege not so much since is a mediocre tittle.
Oh, you're eating a PS4. At least you had changed your avatar from Lucina prior, then. (It was Lucina previously, right?)
That's likely to be damned near the lifetime sales of the Bone.
Lucina VS Tharja... i seriusly don't know.
They are my two waifu, i don't know who choose!

PS4 sales in US are around 1/3 of the total. ~5 million in 45 days WW doesn't seem enough to hit 1.8m in NPD.
Well now we know it's 5.7 million so 1.8m in NPD may be possible.
Someone (I believe it was Conduit) asked me about the status of the Tomb Raider bundle in our stores.
Um. Well. I did a check and there's only two stores within 300 miles of my home store that don't have at least several available right now. Starting it at the higher price point really didn't help it, because even with the discount, it still wasn't as cheap as the other options. So I feel like we'll be hanging onto these for awhile.
Also, I'm kind of annoyed that right now I can seemingly only preorder Nights of Azure through Amazon, and Fairy Fencer F through Amazon or Gamestop... But I can preorder Lichdom Battlemage through my store. I don't think Lichdom is a 'bigger' game than Nights of Azure or Fairy Fencer, so I'm not really sure what's going on, but I don't like losing out on my GCU discount, or being able to snag my games from work. I should tweet at them to ask.

Still thinking that the Tomb Raider game/the bundle did great in Europe/ROTW compared to the US if TR did "well over" 1 million. Fallout ate any chance the game/bundle had in the US to do good.

Was thinking about something after discussing with guys on the other topic.
Do you guys think Battlefront will chart this month even without the ps4 bundles?

?????
Last month the number 10 was Just Dance with barely over 300k sales, and Battlefront sold 1,725,000 withouth bundle.
Easy.
Why wouldn't it? It's probably top 3.
Of course it will.

You're right i should had said top 5.
