It wouldn't have to be the same size. Gravity is based on size and distance, so it's distance would just need to be changed. But I agree, take me a to a new place that I believe could exist and not some alternate version of the one I know.

been playing for a couple of hours now, I liked it well enough in the beta, but now I'm really digging it. I guess that magic just wasn't there in the beta, maybe because it was a friend's PS4 as I got mine just recently.

Anyway I enjoy the missions, although they could feel a bit more campaigny and less like borderlands, but I only played Earth missions so far. It really helps on the fun if you play it like you would in competitive mp.

The shooting feels excellent, seems better than in the beta, weightier, headshots are very satisfying, especially with sniper rifles or the hand cannon.

UI is as slick as they come. Visuals are fantastic as well, they seem quite a bit better than the beta (Although I did play that on a 720p TV). The sky boxes and the lighting look really good. Damn at those cutscenes in the beginning, I'm still not sure if that shit wasn't live action. Frame rate seeems very stable.

I'm having the most fun in competitive multiplayer so far, the missions will be much more fun with friends I imagine.

So gotta go to bed, gotta get up in 6 hours, will be a long day at work tomorrow.

You've done Strikes, not raids. And If you've just run stuff once and left, then you've just had bad rng. In any case, the good loot drops specifically from bosses will probably be when you're playing the endgame activities. The stuff during the leveling phase is just pure rng loot drops. So you could get a Blue from a random mob in Patrol/Explore and only get Seeds from a mini boss.

Fuck faith, I base my judgement of what I see and read from people already playing it.

I thought for the beta the few missions were the beginning of the game. Easy missions to get you acquainted with the game. Especially the beacon missions.

I love roaming around in the world with my friends and shooting the shit out of enemies.

Actually there is plenty of things I liked but I hoped they would add or change a lot of things from Beta to full game. As they said its only a small amount of content. Oh well.

Looking at the last Venus dungeon it plays just like Devils Lair.

Maybe it will be better if you actually post what you were expecting? This is a group game. The missions were going to be standard stuff.

They let millions of people play the alpha and the beta. That's the definition of confidence in your game IMO. If you weren't convinced by the alpha and the beta, and you rely on reporters to make your consumption decisions, then wait a week to buy destiny.

And there is you're problem. Expecting huge changes from Beta is a guaranteed let down every time.

Super dumb question I know has been addressed before bit I don't have the will to go through 336 pages so sorry for asking this:

If I buy Destiny on PS3 and my friends on PS4 will I be able to play with them? If not, is there any word from the developers about any potential change in this?
