Yeah. If you go by damage, it does the same as 1000-yard (417 head shots)

They're both really good. Pulse is pretty much universally praised and the Sidearm varies from "ok" to "great" depending on the persons view on Sidearms in general.

I love the stillpiercer. The scope however, has a very slightly lesser magnification in comparison to shortgaze/ambush, and has a slightly less aim assist compared to the 1000YS.
