Bungie is going to full revenge mode on Heroic KF.

Final encounter now consists of:

- 3 Oryxii
- Everyone gets ripped into another dimension constantly
- 130 respawning Taken Captains every 7 seconds
- No health regen
- No revives
- Max party of 3 people (must boot 3 people before Oryx phase will start)
- No res-locks
- Trickle, Epic, Exposure, Oryx Burn and Nightfall modifiers on (1 wipe = booted, lose CP)
- 4 Wraiths and Jackal Snipers from Halo 2 because fuck you
- 1 minute time limit
- Ogres respawn and have overshields
- Map is completely dark the entire fight
- Ant-grav 4000% so if you jump even once you'll rocket off into space
- Vessel immortality bubble now filled with poison while standing inside of it
- Must sacrifice touch of malice to begin encounter in addition to booting 3 friends
- Teleport phase sends you to Crota HM fight on launch week as a level 30
- Only 1 server used for HM KF shared between everyone in the world and it's located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean

The completely unneeded HC accuracy nerf ruined a lot of guns. All they had to do was cut range, but they also hit accuracy. Now it's RNG if bullets go where pointed.

Oof, I could feel it. Nothing worse than getting the jump on somebody and then still losing at medium range. I've literally seen one Thorn user since TTK dropped. I only remember it because it's like a unicorn now.

Heh, fair enough. But honestly I just got around to the Holliday quest for Chaperone and I had a fairly easy time beating the first part with Last Word. That thing is still really formidable but otherwise, you're right, HCs don't have much of a place anymore.

Hand Cannons definitely need a little bit of love.

Do you use the wire/charging cable on it, as in not wireless?

I tried using the USB dongle into the console and it bleeped and connected but i couldnt find a way to set it a audio device

Even the new, non-Elite Xbone controller have a regular jack now.

Old controllers need the add-on.

Welp, I've made a decision for HM King's Fall. I'm falling in love with my Nightstalker Hunter, like it is so much fun and I love I can use a zone control like subclass as well. But it depends on tomorrow with drops for my Warlock or Titan as well. But it looks like I'm starting the raid on HM with my Hunter

I'm going Hunter as well Nightstalker for infinite arrow glitching :s and Nighthawk to wreck whatever major enemies are thrown at us

2 of my characters got a 310 helmet with Infusion and Shine On/Inverse Shadow. My Warlock's 310 Obsidian Mind got this perk called Better Already (shields start recovery immediately after orb pickup) along with Inverse Shadow.

I could get that newly bought Red Death to 310 any time I want.

So yeah, I think I'm ready for HM.

Don't need the newfangled elite controller. Just the new-ish one that includes a headphone jack. We used an audio cable from the Golds into that jack on the controller.

If your have an older controller you need the $25 adapter.

290 Shield Bros strike is the best strike in the game. And it has specialist modifier. A Void special will melt those flayers which should be top priority.

Shotguns will melt the bros anyway, its not as hard as it looks. A fireteam with 4th Horseman or Invective can down them with 1 barrage probably. Shield Bros strike is also very short.

it's a fun strike. never got bored fighting them and the music fits in better than Valus fight. I wish more boss fights were this much fun.

That and i was hoping to use my same headset as sound/voice(mic) in party as i do on PS4, really like the Gold headset, so comfy.

Looking at the Xbox Elite controller the most appealing thing about it to me is the longer analog sticks. I've always wanted that in a controller.

It'd be great to be able to use melee on R1 and still be able to jump without taking my thumb off the analog stick too tho. I hate having to click R3 while using jumper layout.
