Bah, typical. I have time off work for IB and it gets cancelled. TWAB (BWU) is going to be lots of empty words. Probably DeeJ reflecting upon E3.
I was farming with someone who kept missing golden gun shots. Slowls down the grind when you keep having to recharge supers. Once he got into the swing of things we became a well oiled omnigul killing machine.

I've had a good amount of wiffs doing tether and golden gun.
If you are slow to shoot her with golden gun, the aim assist will try to correct to a mob the spawns in front.
As for tether, that sometimes curves up and towards omnigul if just a little too close.
Once you get the hang of it, its all gravy. But that initial learning curve to get it just right can be painful for all involved.

I will still keep playing but at a massively reduced amount. I have Tier 11 builds on all characters and will work towards T12 slowly but not overly fussed by it.
All the weapons and armour I regularly use are 334/335.
Only thing left for me really is the slow grind of getting the remaining faction exotics and grinding out my last few doubles, salvage and rumble wins for max grimoire.
It is becoming time to clear some of my 2 year old backlog. But for now I'm enjoying the Euros.

Hmmm, I really need to get my Malok helmet (I accidentally infused my day 1 Malok helmet drop whilst clearing my vault out recently). May run it a few times this week until it drops.
Is doubles still around ruthless?

PS4 3.55 update just went live, make sure you get the update before playing anything or risk getting booted.

why no IB?
Something broke in the last update that people couldn't matchmake properly in Trials so they pulled trials out over the weekend and now the I guess now they're still try to fix whatever was broken and so IB is no ready for it either.
Bungie - easy solution, roll back to the last update!!!
EDIT: I wish it was as easy as pressing CTRL-Z for undoing game updates for developers.

Lately it has been alright, but last night was horrendous.
I encountered several immortal Titans last night. No wait ... I encountered several immortal Hunters ... yes, yes that's the correct sentence.
Warlocks are always immortal. Even if there's lag.
Since the latest patch everything is broken.

Thats what I hope. I finish work on thursday for a 1.5 weeks and was gonna play the hell out of iron banner then do productive stuff next week.
Maybe I'll do a 30k run for a weapon. I haven't done it the last couple weeks... It was getting so boring.

The game is always loads of fun to come back to after a break. I'm on a semi break at the moment. Playing a few hours this week but mainly spent watching the Euros and playing backlog games.
They'll cancel the BWU, those glitches are affecting everything!

This... this is how I feel about BWUs in general.
I was someone who wanted SRL and after the excitement of the first couple matches I thought it was pretty terrible. The only times I was having fun was when I was either so far ahead or behind everyone else that I didn't have to deal with the game's collision system. That being said I probably played at least ten hours of it, but that was in pursuit of a 320 helmet (which I never got).
Im always looking for guys to play with, what's your PSN ID? Doing KF, KF CM, & CoE are the "quickest" ways to level up, but running enough strikes/playing enough PvP will net you faction/crucible packages which will reward you with gear up to LL 330. These packages also (often) contain rep boosters, which will help you get through your crucible/faction/vanguard ranks MUCH faster. Not to mention crucible ranks fly by when you're in a full party. I usually play every night (CST), so feel free to join in on the shinnigans. PSN is the same as GAF.

Don't grind POE 41, it's a waste of time and effort. Do CoE, Nightfall, court of Oryx, heroic strikes and King's Fall.

for those who so kindly have me on the Oryx CM run last night, sorry I messed up the last part and wasted the night for everyone. had been dozing off half way through the run since it's already 1 in the morning, my bad.
COE is weird today. Scatter grenades prematurely exploding or the initial projectile bouncing/skipping once before detonating. No containment fields or teleporting vex involved. Still dumb easy, got 38k solo even after skipping a couple of add phases because I got annoyed by the sporadic bullshit.

The most notable thing about this is Destiny is going to finally starting having 'time eras' like other MMOs depending on what you're playing. No more forcing the entire world to stay in synch. So now Earth has two patrols in different times.

Don't worry about it, it's one of the reasons most people dislike the KF raid so much - it's so rigid and one mistake can wipe the whole run.
I felt the same while doing the weekly crucible earlier, scatter nades were behaving oddly and not killing/damaging enemy players.
Too bad we don't get old Chicago or someplace other than Russia.
Getting new skin to a patrol zone is cool and all, but it's also a little underwhelming until we at least get to explore it. Just by word, it sounds meh to me.
Time will tell if it's more than I expect or not.
