Pugna. He just gets rekt the more he starts to spam his spells as long as nether ward is being prioritized.

Huskar is decent.

Death Prophet is not bad (again, just decent).

Skywrath Mage can also bully him much earlier on.

1v1 may be tough but any hero that closes the gap or can harass with ease should be able to handle him (e.g. Huskar, Sniper, QOP, SF).

Just fyi, and i know it's not easy to remove but i had a ward on you which makes the lane a lot easier lightning doesn't hit targets that aren't in vision.

Lina is probably the good pick vs him since u can counter spam nuke him and have infinite range.

Leshrac is pretty squishy, long range nukes will do a lot of damage on him.

I honestly think the shirtless rules are a bit much, but I prefer them having a widely applicable and easily defined rule than making exceptions. I haven't noticed a whole lot of stretching that specific rule, and the pandering is pretty easy to avoid.
