When you join a game, what are your go to heroes to ensure you will win or have a high chance to?
Mine is lich. If I join a RD game and lich is in the pool, I will almost always pick him, go to safelane and straight up sac. every creep possible, harass as much as possible, pick up Tranq boots and snowball into a support megazord.
It's not always the most fun to play him, but if i want to win, thats how i do it. Lich is very good at being fucking annoying to the opponents, even more annoying than a dot spamming silencer.

Anyone know any commands to get DOTA2 to run any smoother at the cost of graphics. I don't care about how it looks I just want smooth gameplay.

Na'Vi had an epic turnaround, although as the casters pointed out at the end EG's Magnus done fucked up by bying a Vlad's and not being able to buy back

With 3 heroes with blink, 2 with sheep, one that can constantly rearm sheep and Alc that can go toe to toe with void EG would need to play perfect to win which is hard and not baffling at all. EG's team was about being as 5 with great team fight ulti's, Navi's was this.

or you could make the mid lane easier for who ever is there
Your mid's first wave not having a ranged creep can have a cumulative effect on how well they win their lane, and thus on how well they're able to convert that into lane ganks or fights. You're not playing wrong by leveling sacrifice first, you're trading a personal benefit at level 1 for the mid's personal benefit at the early levels. I will make that trade every single time.

When I pick him, it's because I feel like winning and I get really pissed when I lose with him because I know I put the team in great position to win. Doesn't matter what mid I'm against. I'll always get my cs, and the gank train don't stop once I hit 6. mana boots --> veil --> scepter --> refresher. Results are fairly consistent. Even in the losses, I get my items up more or less on time (<32 minutes for the veil and scepter).
Now that I think about it, the only mid that has given me any trouble at all in the last month was an OD. Other than him, I can't be stopped. I don't stop anyone else, mind you, but I'm never stopped unless I'm ganked a few times before 6 to put me behind in levels/gold.

I usually sit on my first point on a lot of heroes. It is crucial on Mirana, for instance. Sometimes a leap might be needed if something goes wrong, or you could pick up arrow if you see an easy first blood.
Really takes observation and coordination with your team to decide what you should get first on some heroes.

What is the best troll combo? TW/LD & Meepo?
One of the most aggressive support heroes in the game (above average burst damage, ridiculous cc), he can gank anyone provided he maxes Glimpse early (I find it best maxed first), pubs don't know how to play him or against him (83rd in popularity), and he snowballs like a blizzard.
Most of the time I just random or play whatever's needed, though.
