The best way to draft for people who aren't really comfortable is to pick out 4-5 heroes for each role beforehand, and make sure everyone know their positions, then you for each pick ask if they'd be comfortable to play the your top 1 suggestion, and draft that hero, otherwise you move on to the next~ etc.
Try to pick good heroes with strong lane control rather than heroes with synergies.

A VALID AND UP TO DATE DOTABUFF/STEAM-PROFILE LINK IS MANDATORY FOR PLAYING IN IHL2. If your dotabuff profile does not show, make sure you go into your dota in game options and check "Expose Public Match Data." Your dotabuff should then update after playing a game. Also, your steam profile must be PUBLIC (aka viewable). These two are required to prevent smurfing/abuse.

After signups close, we'll be going through and checking everyone's steam/dotabuff profile, making sure they are both public and that they both match (i.e. if I input your steam profile link into dotabuff, the profile you reported is the one that shows up). Anyone that doesn't meet the above criteria will have their signup marked in red and will be contacted; if they are unresponsive or don't update their profile, they will be removed a few days prior to the draft.
