I haven't played that many ranked games in Reborn, so it's really hard to say. I have seen a ton of disconnects, and the not being able to reconnect thing has happened to me twice, giving me abandons. Luckily I didn't get LPQ from either time, but it's still frustrating. The sad thing is, the rest of the client is nice and I like it better than Source 1, including the actual gameplay. Just wish it wasn't plagued with issues like that, but it's a beta, they're trying to iron these things out.
