Fear did it in a pro match at some point, I believe. But iirc, he got a very early helm of dom and a late deso. Used it to eat a creep at the perfect time e'ry time.

Your probably right, i should have just left after the first 20 mins of people farming the jungle and mid while our towers fall.

Deso isn't the issue with that build.

Deso and Lifesteal don't stack. Generally you'd get one or the other.

For example, I've built HoD when builing skadi over deso.

actually you can get deso with lifesteal if you go vlads


but by that point you should have amulet, deso and better shit.
